They are an IT company but their customer service is superb. They serviced and diagnosed my laptop for free.I highly recommend them.

They were quick to review my laptop and identify the issues.I was not able to get the service done because the replacement part cost was too high (it might costly everywhere).I will revisit whenever I have any laptop issue.

I have purchased an apple laptop on July 6th, 2021. Order no#13517. Its been 3 weeks but the apple laptop is not delivered. The customer Care of techyuga Refurbished is not responding. This is not how an e-commerce site should operate. Please help in get the laptop delivered or a refund should be processed. Multiple tickets have bee raised by my team on the website but none have shown any results.

TY211785507. Gave ipad for repair. No update for more than 3 weeks. On the chat, they do not have an update, on the call, they say they will arrange a call back. Last Friday, they said they will give on Wednesday, nothing happened.Looks like I have to take leave from my office and sit on dharna in front of their office in Newtown to get my product back.Update 11 Sept - Got back my ipad completely dead. Need to find another shop to see if they can repair it.

I had a problem with my phone, Xiaomi Mi9. I was pretty much clueless, since this model was unavailable in India. So official service center and chadni market was out of question.The Techyuga came to rescue. The live chat and call option was responsive. No matter how many times I called they calmly responded all my queries.They fixed the phone within the time period. I would say they charged less than local market. And they updated every process via mail. Plus they do free pick up and drop in. So the experience with them was pretty good. Thank you Techyuga.

Worst place for repairing laptops.You cannot go inside and see how they are working. Even they dont receive any calls once you have given your laptop for service.Also the cost of any repair is much higher.Dont believe in their foolish ads.I would suggest that infact go to reputed place at Chandni Chowk and take the service hand in hand.

So Iam sharing this experience only so that any person thinking of giving their valuable gadget or laptop to TechYuga should read this. They are basically liars. And all they will do is hoard your product and damage it so much that you cannot use it post return.1. They will say they will return on the same day while picking up, and they will give you a proper slip, so you will think that it must be legit. But when you will call them in the evening you will realise that you cannot reach anybody, because their customer care numbers never ever connect you to any executive (and the owner will say our executives are busy) but they cant be busy for an entire month, when i have called them atleast 15 times daily.2. So you decide to chat with their website, there is chatbot name is Riya, and no one ever replies to your concerns, i have proof of screenshot, so that is worthless, basically you cannot even talk to them. You have no idea what is happening.3. So after 2-3 days you realise that you have no control over your precious laptop, you cannot see what they are doing because its not allowed, even if you visit their office.4. They will reply with a mail after 3-4 weeks; yeah that long and for all that time you literally have no clue about your device.And please, if the owner says it was lockdown, then who the hell asked you pick it up if you did not have the calibre to repair, and even if you could not repair, why the hell couldnt you return the device, i would have gotten it repaired from somewhere else that could have done the job quickly. But no they will hoard your device.5. Finally when you will get back your device, after a hefty charge of things you are not given proof of, you are just told this is the problem, that is problem and we have to fix it. I got my laptop returned with a defective battery, unstable windows installed, and god knows what more in the coming days.And if the stupid owner says that you can lodge a complaint and we can look at it again, do you really think anyone will ever give you even a penny after such a horrific experience6. Luckily for me this gadget was extremely old and i didnt value it that much hence i didnt loose much, but please please stay away if you dont want your device destroyed and hoarded.7. And lastly i have a proof of everything i said, from my bill to my call history to my chat screenshots to the emails they send. They are the worst. Please read this and go elsewhere.

Worst experience. I gave my poco x2 device for screen replacement. Only my screen was damaged that too no physical damage to the screen like broken or cracked screen. They took almost 2 weeks to fix it I can consider that due to lockdwon. But they damaged my front camera and no explanation was given to me about that. Only one feedback form was there which I did filled it up but nothing coming from their end. So everyone please take photo or videos of ur device before handing ur device for repair so that u can have some proof. Previously I had excellent experience with them for my laptop and becuase of that I thought they would be good but they have given me the worst experience.15.06.21. Got reply on my review from techyuga saying that there was no issue of camera damage during delivery. But i am posting here the before and after delivery image of my phone . I have video evidence of my phone before giving it to techyuga. Only my screen was not responding. The customer support also know about this issue as when i enquired about the late delivery of my phone she has said there was some kind of issue with my front camera and they will take some times to resolve it. But when the delivery guy came with the phone the light was glowing around both the front cameras. I complained to the delivery guy but he said that i will get a feedback form and to report the same through it . I did as instructed by him but no one contacted me.Everyone please record the device status before giving up for the repairs and try to records all the conversations with their customer care .

They used to be good. They are a bunch of incompetent repairers now. They damaged my laptop completely while returning it in unrepaired condition (motherboard repair). They broke the bottom part completely. This is a fairly standard laptop.It was a fishy transaction. When I went to collect the laptop at their Newtown office, they said they had given the device at their e-mall shop, and that someone will deliver it at home to me. When the logistics guy arrived at home, he refused to give the laptop for my inspection unless i completed the payment, post which they gave me a bubblewrapped package(with my broken laptop inside) consisting of missing screws, broken bottom chasis plate, flex in the bottom plate. broken cd drive cover. None of which were present while submitting the device.Beware: if they say that they will deliver, it is better if you collect it at their offices, so that you catch them red handed.This is my last interaction with techyuga, their services have dropped drastically in the last year.

I gave my laptop because its fan was making noise thats all i have no other problem whatsoever. They asked for Rs3000 for laptop fan and i said ok do it.Now when i recieved my laptop i was preety happy that fan problem was resolved.After few minutes i came to know that they damaged my laptop speaker and the keyboard keys which was lying around the speaker ( like P O )and total of 12 keys are not working i panicked and called them they told me to bring it to the office i bring it to them they refused and told me it was my fault that keys and speaker are not working he refused to fix it. We had discusion but he kept denying all my fact. After all i had to return back with my damaged laptop and losing Rs 3000.I have no problem about the money the problem is they killed my laotop and refuse to accept it.Let me predict one thing if they saw this post they will reply that its fake post. But i have the bill i have the laptop i have all the proof.

Great service!! I wanted my iphone X screen replaced as it got damaged. I thought it would charge a very high amount but they not only charged me Rs. 17570 for replacing the screen and also delivered it in 1 day.I just loved how efficiently they work. Techyuga a bad experience - there was a heated argument with the staff, where i mentioned that i did not receive the email and c kept arguing that i did - she called me mental - she said she did not need my 500- she kept on arguing why i needed my lappy back- i told her i just want it back because of the poor communication - she kept on arguing .. the engineer and both the staffs were very disappointing my apple is missing some components which were not there before if you had been professional you would have sent the mac book pro in the unrepairable state in which you received. very disheartening. the apple has 4 pins out of which the 4th pin was missing! the io section was badly damaged! very very bad i hate to say but you do not deserve to repair laptops

After reading a number of negative reviews I was not sure whether to take their service. However during these corona times other service providers didnt respond promptly. Since few mentioned techyuga has good customer service and pickup service support I had to go for them. I repaired broken hinge of my laptop which they fixed for Rs.2000 .Price is way above the quote provided by other service providers. You wont get to know the cost until they inspect your product. They took laptop without giving a single receipt due to corona which is very unprofessional. For sometime it felt like my laptop is gone. I had to rely on them with no other option. One full day spent just to inspect and report the cost. Then 2 more days to fix the problem. They didnt give any warranty as well. However the job done seems good. Lets see how long this lasts. Chat service is not that good, you ask for an update they dont acknowledge it. Basically nobody is as eager to serve you as you need it. Customer service is good only from monday to friday(11AM to 6PM). Saturday and Sunday they go on rest most of the time. So no use. I had taken mobile service from other providers which was prompt though for a higher price. But for laptop repair there are very few providers and this one though charging higher cost is less responsive There is a huge scope of improvement in laptop repair service overall in Kolkata.

They have a big seating arrangement for customers and experts are good enough, a bit costly but you will get guaranteed work, there will be a receptionist person and over all everyone helpful...

Please dont buy from these cheap people I suffered enough, a lady by name Puja mujamdar will call and place your order you will be getting a horrible product And if you want to return there will not be any response you will be blocked so be careful and I recommend not to buy here save your hard earned money

One of the most untrusted and cheated service centre in Kolkata. They not able to meet their commitments after 7-8 times in single order. If your keyboard is not working, memory clean up required then you can visit this service centre otherwise you should rethink. And try to stop excuse from their side in first attempt. As have submitted my HP envy laptop (Motherboard problem) on 3rd May, stil I unable to retrieve complete faulty laptop from them. 7-8 times they provide day. When call prepared excused. I have call more than 50 times to get delivered. But unfortunately I need to take my laptop without motherboard on 3rd August. Still I have not received my old or new motherboard. Great service center, i wanted my iphone 7 plus screen replaced, i called techyuga, the girl on the other side of the phone that it will take a day to repair it, i went to their office in Newtown and submitted the phone, they told me to they will call me on finishing the repair work. they called me after 4 hours and told it was ready to deliver,i loved their work ethics as they were true to their words. Tried to connect them via chat but after asking about laptop I didnt get reply further. We went to their given address 2 times which is very far from our place. Dont Go here for getting your laptop fixed.. I have been waiting for a month for a software updateUpdate: I received my laptop after a month and a half, time taken update a software. All in all the service has been very bad.. they have a great marketing team but once you are hooked, you are in for a difficult time. They are not consistent with their communication (4 - 5 days delay in responding to emails) and only want you to chat via their website. I would not go to them again.

Good engineer behaviour and cheap repair service. Got my computer SMPS replacement at very nominal rate.

They took 2 weeks time just to tell me the problem which I already told them while give the laptop for repair. When asked how much they will charge they said we need to check 1st of all I told that I know what is the problem inside but still the amount was not confirmed. Then after 2 weeks they told me it will cost around 9to10k for the repair which they could have told me at the beginning itself but no they had to take 250 charge from me and not only that the customer support is ridiculous. At the time of submitting the laptop they were so nice and once you are in the trap they will just say today is our w/o, the technician is not available, its closed etc etc. No1 gives the damn to answer your questions.

My friend have 2 times services from Techyuga. Both time they have charged different for same service. Somewhat unsatisfied. But in Kolkata techyuga is good as compare to other servicing company.

I am sharing my device after I got my laptop repaired for an issue where mother board charging point was not working. They had fixed the issue ina week and charged a reasonable amount.On the contrary all other shops I had contacted suggested mother board changing and asked exorbitant amount. In first place I was sceptical since no other shops could repair it. But now I will say they are awesome. I am planning to get another of my old laptop serviced too. Please keep up the good work.

I purchased a refurbished lenovo thinkpad laptop by shelling out 20K which they claimed to be like new, on their chat and website. However, was utterly disappointed to get a laptop which was dirty and scratches. The adapter was only half. Yes, u read correctly, no power side of the adapter was there . Also was given a Windows 7 instead of Windows 10. HDD is claimed as 500 GB but actually they sent HDD with less capacity...When we send emails/complaints they respond very unprofessionally as this is what should be expected. I will be soon going to consumer court if they dont solve issues as i have saved screenshots of chats which they had claimed before sale.

My macBook is running smoothly now i am soo happy and authorized service center declined it and asked for 60k for motherboard replacement but techyuga they are awesome thet repaied it in 15days and only 17ksoo soo soo happythanks team 😌

I dont know about others but i had a great experience with techyuga. I am writing this review after 3 days. I was going to my office near RDB cinemas, i got off the bus and my phone was ringing continuously, citing an emergency call i put my hand inside my pocket to get my phone {iPhone 7 Plus} but as soon as i brought it out of my pocket it slipped from my hand and fell down, i picked it up and checked for any damage, there was a crack on the screen, at first i thought that the screen protector is broken but upon inspecting it properly i got really scared as it was not the protector only but the screen was broken too. I got really scared what to do at that time as the screen started malfunctioning and was not working properly, i was felling like not my phone but the world has broken and my life is ruined. I reached my office and on seeing my crying face my colleagues asked me what had happened, i showed them my phone and asked them what to do, everybody shared their own opinion like go to chandni chowk, go to e-mall, but i had experienced a taste of fraudlent case at chandni chowk with my laptop. Suddenly Saikat one of my friends said that go to Techyuga which is in Newtown, he had repaired his dell laptop from them and said they were highly skilled in repairing mobiles and laptops.I took that suggestion and booked a slot from their official site during my lunch hours. I reached their by 2 pm submitted my phone, talked with them and they said it would take just a day to fix the screen and said the price would be around 4200 for normal screen and original for 8k, i opted for 4200 normal OEM screen which they said would be of the same build quality, i was is this the right option to choose but still i went with the decision. I gave them my office number and left the phone with them and went to my office. At around 5 PM i recieved a call from the support team of Techyuga named Riya, she said that my phone was ready and i can take it from them.I was really surprised how fast they did the replacement work, i told them that i will reach after my office hours at around 6 30. As said i went their paid them and sat their for inspecting my phone the screen the gave me was of the same quality as an original screen, i was really happy and satisfied with the way they worked, as i was about to leave i met the technician Dibakar Da who was assigned to repair my phone. I thanked him for getting my phone ready the same day. He was a great down to earth guy, i enjoyed talking to him.Apart from that Thank you Techyuga for the great service, I would recommend Techyuga to everyone as they are very skilled as well as provide wonderful service.

So i am writing this review after receiving the device.. because i was afraid..if i write review..i will not get my device..They picked my device..said it take 2 days to inspect and report...then after 3days..they mailed me that they will need 5 days more..can you imagine? 1 week just to inspect water damage in phone...then after 1 week they mail me **that it will cost 1,550 and ut might cost additional if they find more problem after fixing..** and i was like..I am done !!..Then i called in online repair section .i told the girl to give my device back & i am ready to give 250 inspection fee.. she clearly said to me Q MAM, AAPKO PHOBE Q CHAHIYE , AAP TOH REPAIR KARANE KE LIYE HI DIYE THE NA ..KOI TOH REASON HOGA KI AAP NAA BOL RAHI HO i have recording as proof..i got scared and thought i lost my device..i repeatedly told her..that you clearly said while picking up my device, that i can get it back if i dont want to get it repaired..she kept on diverting me...and did not want to give me my device and said aapko discount dedenge ...aap repair karalo. Wanted to repair my macbook and since contacted techyuga. After inspecting the device they found some water damage and informed me about it, i thought it woud cost me a fortune to get it repaired but i was surprised with their professionalism as they repaired it completely while charging a very low amount. Its been a week since then andmy macbook is working fine.I am really happy with their work so 5 stars for them. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Sent my device a week or two before the pandemic started. Still waiting on it. They still have not fixed it properly. They dont reply to my mails. It seems like they couldnt care less about their customers. I regret sending my device here for repairUpdate 20/12/2020:This seems like the single worst decision of my lifetime. They said that something is wrong with my ipads motherboard and thats why there are black spots on the new screen. I asked them to send photos. They did and it showed the spots even when the screen was off. Now they said they would give me a callback but havent heard from the even after a month. They are holding my iPad hostage at this pointUpdate 29/12/2020:After no replies from them and me filing a consumer forum grievance. I finally had a talk with them for the return of my device, where they insinuated that they would return my device without the screen(not even the original one). After some insisting from my side they said they dont what the original screen condition will be, but they will send it and then they hung up without any further talk, rudely.

My MacBook pro was water demaged and apple service was unable to fix that saying , older version of MacBook. then I tried Techyuga with less hope but Techyuga fixed the problem wonderfully and saved my money from buying a new laptop .Good work Techyuga !!!

The service was good and efficient. The did send the expert at home, who tried to service it there, but failed. Hence he took it with him. However though I had raised 3-4 issues they fixed only couple of them. The delivery after service was delayed, but happy with the convenience of taking it from home and delivering at home. Their call centre service can improve.

Extremely poor service. I knew that i had problem with my RAM as I somehow displaced it and later could not open the backcover with the screwdrivers that i had. I took my laptop to them and they have examined it and mentioned that it has display problem and i need to keep it for 72 hours. I insisted them to open the backcover which they did rudely and placed the RAM properly and the same worked. Now they charged me Rs. 500 and they did not give me a GST bill. Not sure, if they would have fooled and cheated me if they kept it for 72 hours after they examined it. They are there to cheat people and fool them with extra charges.

A good and reliable place to get your gadgets repaired. Fortunately they do repair I phone as efficiently as other gadgets.One adviceDo not believe in sending e mail as they dont reply nor go for live chat as the person on other side is clueless and will give you a standard reply.Best is call up to know the actual status and do not pay heed to their advisory on communication.

Horrible. I booked my repair and not only was the repair not done properly, they charged a fortune for it and returned it after 3 weeks. The very next day, my laptop stopped working again and they took it away (since the product was under warranty). It has been 2 weeks that the company is not responding to any sort of communication. I personally visited their office and they said that the job is not yet done and that it shall take more time. Horrible service.

The technical person I met seems to know his job and polite and informative.But to get there was really difficult.

I visited their office on 7th August 2020 to drop my laptop. They promised to get back to me in 2-3 business days but today is 18th August all I received is a generic email stating they are diagnosing my laptop. I received this email after 100 calls made...and till today no other response from them.I visited them after reading the reviews. Now I have no hope for my laptop. I think they damaged it more or probably lost it so they are not responding.All the reviews here are fake and paid. They promise about FREE pick up of the laptops but they dont do it.I waited till 6 PM just to meet their executive to give my laptop but he dint turn up. So on the next day I went to their store. Since I had heavy bags with me I requested them to come to Axis mall gate and pick the laptop which is just 1.9 kms from their shop but they dint even come and made me go to their office and drop the laptop.Please dont believe these cheaters.....

Most worthless Mobile repair service provider. They took my Moto X phone with cracks on the display & promised me the repair & replacement of the same at some price, I agreed however later when they could not fix the cracks at that price gave me stories & returned the phone with Broken display (upper part). Recommended is whenever anybody repairs anything from them please read the complete backside of the receipt they are giving while taking the device... cause thats the basic tool they use that every thing is mentioned in the yellow slip given to you...

My experience with them was really bad I had placed an order for refurbished laptop which was never even dispatched even after 25 days of placing an order and when I asked for refund no one responds. Probable outstation customers beware of the fraud you would lose money as I have.

Good place to repair your apple laptop. They charge 500 rs for inspection charges and ask you the price to repair.If you dont want to repair if its not worth it, like in my case, logic board was totally damaged, they asked for 35k,so I didnt go for repair.The service, the customer updates are excellent. Totally recomend it

Very unprofessional. I gave my laptop to repair 11 days ago. They told me that they will inspect my laptop thoroughly and reply me what went wrong and the cost to fix it. Its 11 day...and I still dont know whats going on. They are not picking up calls...their chat help service is one of the worst...you fall asleep to get a reply in the chat help. Poor service...terrible company.

It was my second time I took service from here I replaced my macbooks battery which they quoted 6k but in their website they had mentioned specifically with model no. Price 4.5 to 5 k . I told them on chat support they said we will talk to senior on the time of delivery when I pointed out they told me to show where it is mentioned as they did not believe me I opened the site and price was updated to 6.5 to 7 k but fortunately I took a picture of old price as I knew this would happen them they discussed and told me it was old and not updated so a mistake I said fine this could happen as I did not wanted to drag this. Now I was just about to leave a lady came and started asking what problem you have once again I said and she started giving excuses like it doesnt matter what is mentioned in our website what we quote is final I asked if it doesnt matter please dont mention no answer on that. She kept arguing for maybe 15 minutes I even said its fine but she goes on which I understand later why she was doing by what she said when she was about to leave you already gave us one star so it doesnt matter and I was like how can you say that I never rated you she said I have seen m like show me she said I cant. 😑 She just wanted to have a baseless argument which a bad tone and high note on voice.This one star is for her only rest m happy with the service

Never trust #Techyuga 4 weeks back my iPhone 7 was collected for repair at my doorstep. After two weeks of no update, I raised an enquire enquiry on their online portal and every time was asked by the representative to wait for 2 minutes but they always took more than 30 minutes to reply “we don’t have any update on your device we are still evaluating it” they played this game for 2 weeks and when I pressed them to tell me what going on they asked to book a slot to talk to the technician and when I spoke to the technician he asked me to speak to the chat support. I couldn’t believe that they were actually doing this with me. And when I lost my endurance and asked them to return my phone is whatever condition it is they stopped responding to me. When I literally bugged them to get a response they gave me an answer that my phone couldn’t be restored and I need to visit their office to collect it. I told them that I was promised a home pick up and drop facility, I got a very cold reaction. I got a statement of collecting it from their office as will not deliver it, even I was ready to pay for the delivery charges. My handset is still with these unprofessional money rippers and they don’t even care to follow on me to find a way to deliver it.

Actually I got referred to them by my uncle. He was like about them. Anyway I called them for my iPhone X screen repair with mixed up feelings.They are actually surprisingly good. I got it back in a same day. Can you imagine only one day.I am impressed team.I got my service in 21k got warranty as well.I recommend their service to all.

Totaly faltu they cheated, when u generate call within a day pick up boy come and take the goods, the person taken the goods not give any recive to the customer, after diagnosis he mail and tell if you repair cost is this or we take diagnosis charge, if ur not repair want mobile, they ignore you,Totaly waist and the lady is in office she never reply,Dont give any product to him

I have been calling since ages but they always reponse that the Operators are busy or off : They dont reply on chat : they dont bother to inform about the status of the device even after 1 week of the deadlinw date...For anyone having any doubt i have the Screenshots as well of the Online Chat Support ... I had repair my device before from Techyuga But this kind of Professionalism shocked me i was supposed to gt my device on 10th June but today its 16th June & im yet to hear from them about the status of my device I have 1000 Employess working with me but i swear i would not suggest TECHYUGA to anyone anymore....

Very poor quality of service. NEVER EVER VISIT THIS PLACE. I Gave a laptop (HP 2000-2104TU Notebook PC) to repair before the lockdown for motherboard issues. 2days back when i visited them they charged me 2200rs, but the most important this is they swaped my orginal display with a fake defective one.. i have all relevant documnets/images. When i confronted their engineer, he says to repair the motherboard they had to open the display panel !!!!! I have never seen such repair.. I know my device very well, the display part never needs to be open for repairing motherboard power section ONly.. And moreover my display had no defects in it.. but now i saw several large white spots and lines.... with clear marks of removing display unit.. This is Total Fraud activity... BEWARE.....

I had the motherboard of my Dell laptop repaired & keyboard replaced. They serviced my laptop sooner than expected. The tech service is of good quality as well the customer service. A special mention to the service of Tabrez who delivered my product on time. The servicing charges are pretty high compared to the market rates. Otherwise everything is great.
