They do only half the job and after that, you will be compelled to throw them out!!!For a small part I needed to replace in my fridge, a very senior technician of theirs called Sanjib Paul, charged me Rs 1600 instead of the actual cost of Rs 180-250. It was a holiday and extremely warm. I had to get my fridge running, and could not check for prices immediately. This is how they CHEAT.. The next day, he wanted to change another part and pretended it was difficult to get. I then checked in the market. Found it was easily available. Also, I found that the relay he had changed at Rs 1600/- was actually priced between Rs 180/- and 250/- in the market.Even if you are a first time victim, please check before you trusted these big frauds.

AVOID AVOID!!!They are thorough cheats. Will send well-suited technicians who will lead you to believe that very costly parts have gone wrong. The parts may be actually inexpensive. If you have to get the job done, they will pretend something else is wrong. For a job worth Rs 500/- they will make you pay over Rs 2000/- Trusting them will be a costly mistake!! BIG FRAUDS!!

Best service provider for Home Appliances. The Technicians are very good and even the Customer Care Representative are very good, at a request they also try to send technician on Sundays. Loved to had a service with them.

They took money for AMC of washing maching of IFB 1500/- and ignoring to send me the agreement paper of AMC..Some Chakraborty an ex employee did this... now the company is not taking the responsibility of this fraud employee..I am constantly following up since February...Now I am thinking to take a legal step and yes 1500/- matters..

Service is really horrible. Fraud company. They took 2000 for repairing microwave oven nd from next day it was not working. Now they are saying problem is something else. And also when we asked to send technician they said technician is not available.

I got my washing machine repaired from them and they changed the intake valve. Now, the intake pipe has stopped working and when I am calling them, they are not responding. The spare part is under warranty period.Tired of calling them.My machine services was done by technician Sunny Das.

Fraud Company At Its Best.Took My Geyser To Their Office Saying it needs a through check and without even confirming the repairing they are telling the geyser is repaired and i need to pay 2500 to take it back .Its Been 2week since i told thm i dnt need the repairs send my product back ,instead they are charging me.
