Unprofessional and fraud store. Service is like sucking your money for no reason or any reason. I called to fix a simple problem in my Samsung microwave. Charged me 2100/- to replace a part. Same problem returned after few days. Called again for 50 times in 5 days. They do everything in their life like worship, own wellness, family responsibilities etc. but never provide you a service in time. Anyway person came and sucked 850/- this time to fix the same part again. Both time they took the part and returned after 3 days (after calling for 10 times of course). This time it worked for 7 days, called again and again and again and heard that the person will come but till now I am not fortunate to see the face.Then I decided to call Samsung customer care. Very very very professional service. First they instructed to fix it by myself and then took the details about the issue. Person came and replaced the same part on spot. Surprisingly total cost is 750/- and time is 30 minutes.

This company is totally cheatingbaj compan. Dont believe the technical. All are choir,cheate.

Please refrain from using their services. Very unprofessional and will cheat you for sure.

Pathetic service. A person came and charged 500/- for just checking and went back saying I need to get a part from the centre and never came back. Called 20 times to his number and to the service centre number but no one picked. Never do service from this centre.
