Pathetic hotel for the price they ask.Rooms are not at all well maintained. Seem very old and no maintenance at all. We had booked 2 rooms, bathroom door doesnt work in one room while in other room water used to get logged in bathroom. Inspite of booking AC rooms, they did used to keep the AC mains off. No power backup meant that you get suffocated while there is power cut.Only food thing was the complementary breakfast where they had a spread of 4 breakfast items plus tea /coffee/ milk options. Food was well prepared and served unlimited. Restaurant staff was very cordial.

The hotel is located near the bus stand. The room and washroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast they served was tasty. Abit shock to see pav bhaji in the morning but it was worth. They served kanda poha, shira, bread butter and jam. Corn flakes and milk. At this cost it was worth a stay. Highly recommend.

There is proper communication between the people on the reception. When I called first the person who answered the call said all rooms are booked and there is no reservation showing. When I called second he said will call me back, which he didnt, my said check in time was midnight 12.00. It was really very hard for me to check other hotels, so tried third time and some other person answered the call and then he said yes he do see my booking. He did not even bother to apologise for the trouble that they gave me.Now talking about the room. Room is good.* No paper napkins in bathroom. The wash basin tap was broken.Now taking about breakfast. Never ever had such a pathetic type of breakfast in my life. Rather than giving complementary breakfast, it good they dont give anything. Its actually screwing the experience of the visitors. The tasteless breakfast I ever had.

Perfect it was. As I was sitting alone at the bar and was kind of bored, both the owners of the hotel came to me and joined me with amazing custom drinks and greatest good possible. Akshay and Mr shetty are really hard working people behind this amazing hotel. Even in maharashtra, they satisfied Punjabi cravings with there amazing food and hospitality. Full power to this place and these people, keep going guys.

Not satisfied for the money I paid for this hotel for 1night stay. I booked this hotel at 9:30 pm I paid around 2800/-..I called the reception of this hotel at 10:30pm informing that I will reach by 11:00 And ordered food, so that we can be in the room n eat before 12:00... But after reaching at 11:00pm, there was no staff to attend us to pick our luggage, I had to call for staff for help, no proper parking place, our check in was done at 11:40pm and I had to remind that we ordered food.. basically, the staff dont respect customers time n condition as my old mother was also with us.. The sukkha mutton was not good, the dry coconut used in this dish was giving stell smell. Room was too small, with broken furniture, we are 4 persons family and only one bath towel was provided, when we asked for more 2 towels they said towels are over. The exhaust fan in bathroom was not working hence it was suffocating. Morning breakfast was ok. Overall experience not good..

I was here for 3 days but i extended my stay in same hotel because the food is so good and staff is very helpful even the hotel owner he such a nice chap i needed some advice about Kolhapur and he guided me properly and this place has got terrace bar as well which is awesome with some live songs. You can spent perfect evening.

Location of the hotel is really good,very near from Bus Stand and Railway Station.Also they allowed us for the late chek out ,as our train was late in evening.only issue was with the service and no running Hot water was available in the morning,though they provided Hot water separately after much ado.Overall good .

It was a Worst Experience I had. I booked the hotel from MMT and when I reached, Staff was like Rooms are not available. You can pay another 1000 Rs. and we will adjust you in Luxury Room or you cancel the booking. But the moment I talked about complaining to the Police and MMT officials magically a room was adjusted at booking price. Trust me all this has happened late night post 12.00 am.

We booked 2 rooms for family in this hotel for 16th and 17th August and paid full advance charges for both days, though we left on 17th afternoon.. On request for part payment refund they declined. On 17th both rooms were not cleaned after repeated reminders.Service is slow, response of management not proper.Adv. Ashok Yende

There management is very irresponsible....They neither note customer check in and check out time which they inform to customer during booKing....And take double charges at the time of billing....They allow us or the confirmed to us during 1 or 2 hour time extension will be allowed during check out time...At the time of check out by extra 2 hours they make double bill...there receptionist who make confirmation with me or coordination me is not available at the time of billing....Too much irresponsible staff and management

Breakfast needs to be increased. Tv should be 42 inches as showen in goibibo its not 42 inches in actual. hot water not for 24hrs. And most inportant my nooking was executive room they gave me delux room and after half hour of discussion and problems they shifted me telling the reception person is new so this problem arised
