Nice n clean hotel.Got more than what was expected.During pandemic times the hotel checked our temperature and oxygen levels before alloting the room.Room was very good and clean.Interiors are well designed and bathroom is very good with anti skid tiles and latest fittings.

Hotel is near railway station , currently restaurant closed due to Covid restrictions, room is neat and clean , worst staying at economic price

I live in United States but when I visited this place I had an amazing experience of my Indian Roots which till now I haven’t had in any restaurant in Kolhapur in my past years when I stayed there. This is by far one of the best place in centre of midtown busy city of Kolhapur where you can get a clean comfortable and very affordable stay for your budget. A one of a kind restaurant with mouth licking food in pure and authentic taste of India. I frankly feel one should at least try the Surya Special Dum Biryani as it serves a fine taste combination of spicy and delicious Hyderabadi Biryani. There are halls to organize be it your business meeting or a party event in total privacy. I definitely recommend checking it once.

Hotel Surya is a centrally located budget business hotel. Rooms were clean and air-conditioning works very well 🙂Staff was courteous and helpful.The hotel has a restaurant at their ground floor level and serves veg fare only. Room service too is available.I had a pleasant stay and had just one suggestion: start the breakfast service earlier. The current 7.30 AM is very late when you are on work in another city.

The hotel is located in a good area, quite close to the Mahalaxmi temple. If you are visiting the temple then it’s approx 2 kms from there. The rooms are really neat and clean. We got a really good deal for 1 night stay thanks to Mr. Vilas (night manager) Housekeeping staff Amol was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast had few options but was good. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Very bad experience. OYO discontinued the arrangements with the Surya, hence refused to accommodate. Very difficult to reach OYO customer care. Will never book in OYO hotels, shared the bad experience with friends and advised them never book in any OYO Hotels.

My favourite place to stay in Kolhapur. Its in the heart of the city with very good connectivity to nearby places. Management is friendly and rooms are fresh and cozy.

Report unsatisfactory. Bad experiance.On reaching hotel the reception told me that payment not received and I will have to pay. When I argued and told them that I will move to another hotel if you ask for paying again. Rooms were allotted after this. Rooms are conjugated. Bathrooms are OK.

Cancelled my booking without letting us know and this totally caused inconvenience for the family. Just for not receiving a call, cancellation isnt the solution. On personal level, please see to it that people dont book such kind of hotel who would create some inconvenience for the stay after a hard days travel.

Worst experience.. weve traveled together with family and booked room online using OYO.. and booking was confirmed by OYO too ..when we went for check in hotel staff rudely told us that they have stopped OYO service here.. and staff was wearing OYO Provided T-Shirts and accessories in reception and hotel too.. really creepy way of welcoming guests..

Very bad experience. Booked this hotel through Oyo for a family tour. As soon as we reached hotel, the management informed that they do not have any link with Oyo and it was discontinued. I had already paid hotel charges for two days through net banking. Even Oyo didnt support me in this case. The hotel is good but such experience actually spoiled our picnic. Pl do not book this hotel rather any hotel through Oyo.
