They have a got good range on their website which does not compliment the in store stock, as most of the stuff I was looking for on the website could not be seen. So if you have your website selection in place they are quick to move the goods between Croma locations for immediate availability. The website has delas that you may not know if you do an in-store purchase. Their logistics movement is good for pick up but not for delivery as the wait time is usually a week which is killing. Would expect the staff to be more proactive in dealing with walk-ins to guide them accordingly. I did have to spend close to 40 minutes just to pick up my Logitech M221 Wireless Silent Mouse from the Croma Storee something that was already moved into their stock.

I went for purchasing laptop in croma. Sales executives there are hardly bothered about the customers. I had to call them again and again to explain me the features of the product and its availability. Staff isnt professional at all. Poor customer interaction....On the contrary, I felt Sales executives in Reliance digital are prompt and better with customer interaction...

Most terrible customer service, typical when you go with the brand TATA, least need some courtesy and respect for the Brand itself.Bought a lenovo laptop a month back, twice visited the store as its microphone wasnt working. Very appalling, disrespectful and unprofessional service offered. When you buy a 60k laptop and it has a major sound issue why would I be happy with a repair of the laptop. Hard earned money spent to get a repaired and defective piece.I feel cheated and robbed for my money. I dont expect this from a Croma- a TATA product atleast. I dont feel it fits into the TATA ethics either.Await some respite with an immediate laptop replacement

Store is good. Staff is cooperative. But Cash counter is slow and unskilled. They dont know many things related to cards, App related payments. It took 45 minutes to complete one item bill. Also they in this Pandamic days, they are not following any kind of social Distancing and Mask(mask were not on nose and mouth).Rest store is great. They have ample parking.

Best place to buy some home appliances offline, you can get it at rates of Amazon. Customer service is awesome. You can try all products without any hesitation no will come to stop you. And talking about warranty service you get piece to piece replacement if any fault occurs. Also you get home delivery for some products.

Location, layout parking space everything is par excellence.Staff is efficient and courteous. Variety is less due to pandemic, but overall a good experience.

Poor staff attendance to customers. This I have experienced in all Croma stores - dont know why. I looked up 2 chroma stores in Kolhapur, one in Mumbai - all have the same thing - no one wants to attend to customers. All are busy chit chatting with themselves. When we ask for something they point out to others. The other person somehow manages to come to you - and has poor knowledge of the product. I wanted to buy a Samsung smart watch active 2 - however due to poor service I preferred buying it from a Samsung store.

Its a good store if you are in urgent need of cables, charger or headphones. Anything else is overpriced. They are selling Iphone SE 2020 for 40k (excluding sales tax which will be 2-3k for sure), the same phone is available for 32-33k on Flipkart without any additional sales tax. Same goes with other electronic, they are way overpriced than what you can get on Amazon or Flipkart.The only phone brand variety here is Apple, Samsung, Oppo and few below average specs Nokia phones. You can find the same models for 10-25% discounted price on Amazon & Flipkart. Aslo finding the billing counter is something of a task here.So in conclusion I wont suggest this store for buying anything which cost more than 500-1000 bucks (On which also they will charge 100-200 rs sales tax).

Good deals but staff is not well trained. They keep asking you your phone in their hand and enter all the otps you recieve. They asked me to login to my net banking and took phone in thier hand, how unsecure? Though they all are cooperative, they msut be trained for customer personal security. Its Great place👍 to shop all your electronics gadgets ( well most of). They have a huge range and variety of products at their store discounts which changes every day🤑.
