I had traveled and visited this Hospital. They have made RTPCR Test compulsory before visiting the patient. If the report is negative then only they will allow to visit patient.In my case I had RTPCR negative report done at other than Kolhapur Place then also they have collected the swab samples by external agency at WIINS and collected Rs. 1500, told to wait for 3 hours to get the report in register mobile number.In one way it’s safe that allowing to visit patients after RTPCR negative report. In other way it’s a good business for them by charging Rs. 1500 for each RTPCR test. They could have optimised the charges.I expected to have Sanitization stains at the entrance of the WIINS gate… but they don’t.Indoor and outdoor they have maintained good cleanliness, Good environment as well.Good parking place for four wheelers and two wheeler.

Dr. Santosh Prabhu is excellent Dr for nero surgeon in Maharashtra.Hospital infrastructure is also good.For critical patient it is one of best hospital in India.But it is too expensive hospital.One more thing- especially staff ( nurse and security guards) are rude with patients and there relatives.

It is around 2 oclock early morning Tuesday, I am Pravin Samant here to get admitted for further treatment. I am at the reception counter primafacie I am happy to be here looking at the surrounding I can hardly see in the dark. After the long interview at the counter about my illness I was admitted in the ICU. While coming from reception to ICU I can literally see and feel the cleanliness in the entire campus. Everything was so well done as if vishvakarma had made it himself. Staff is very obidient and keen to their duties. I stayed overnight in the ICU, where every half an hour the team of doctors used to come and check me. Team is very young and sportive. Next day I shifted to special room on 1st floor which has a picturesque verdant green front. During the stay in this room natural bonding took place between me and the farm. It is a luxury to sit in front of this farm under the sky. Around 11 oclock dr.Santosh Prabhu along with his delighted and energetic team used to visit us and always used to add so me life energy within me. I cannot resist but to note that dr. Santosh Prabhu is a scientific personality deals with science but in true sense he is artist by heart.Entire operation was smooth and we will duplicated because of TPA deparment. Good afternoon ! Today me & my wife visited the WIINS hospital Kolhapur for my ( post surgery) periodical review & also got apportunity to interact with Dr . Sujata Prabhu1st time on 6th October 2017 evening I was admitted in this hospital (by my relatives ) in unconscious condition ( since morning of 4th October ) , I underwent surgery of Emergency evacuation of Left FTP SDH on the basis of CT SCAN performed (on 06/10/2017) at ultravision scan centre Miraj .When I woke up on the morning of 7th October , I was in ICU ward , I was so frightened & shattered but I was fully conscious eagerly waiting Drs visit to know the what exactly happened .Around 9 AM , Dr Santosh Prabhu & his team visited ICU ward alongwith my wife , then I came to know entire episode since 4th October , I was discharged on 16th & regular follow up biomonthly .Unfortunately again on 23 rd January 2018 morning while traveling to native place ( Kunikonur , Jath ) at Miraj Rly station , I was uncomfortable & started vometting , Thank God , on the Rly station my dear Brother in law Mr B E Pawar was present to receive me , immediately from there we rushed to Kolhapur again & consulted to Dr Santosh Prabhu Sir , after CT scan , I underwent another same surgery for RIGHT FTP SDH on 24th January Successfully & discharged on 6th February 2018 . Since then I am periodically visiting the hospital for follow-up & thanks to God till date I am perfectly fit & fine .With this my great experience & perfect successful treatment , really I was admired & requested one my colleague in Mumbai ( for his Nephew ) to WIINS where he was treated successfully for brain tumor ( earlier he was under treatment at one of the high tech hospital in Mumbai ) .Again one of the our neighbour villager also underwent 2ed time spinal surgery for back pain / legpain successfully who was also undertreatment at Miraj & Presently fit & fine .There are few patients to quote tnteraction, considering length of post , I will sum up my life changing experience in medical emergency & pray to God to give more and more success to Dr Santosh Prabhu Sir team at WIINS Kolhapur .I would also like to thanks all the Doctors , Nursing staff , and everybody who is directly/indirectly involved in management of this great Medical Institute .
