Great Stay with Great Ambience. Excellent Staffs, Excellent Food and well maintained rooms

Issues:1. Pathetic customer experience, we had availed for late check-in and early check-out and had informed the staff about the confirmation multiple times still none of the rooms were ready.. it took 2 hours to checkin post coming to hotel. 2. Post checkin we had asked for extra bed- as per image 1 attached above- a normal sleeping mattress was provided. Charges applied per matress was premium3. Fridge had unsealed water bottle (dont know how old) hygine point of view - completly unhygenic4. Breakfast- we had asked for early breakfast as we had to leave- by 7:30am the breakfast was not ready- instead of that we had just asked for bread and butter (that also they denied) and said nothing can be done from the hottelier. 5. Most dissapointing was the staffs attitude and hospitality..Staff service and overall hotel experienxe. It was pathetic

The absolute worst experience in a hotel. Ive lost respect for Lemon tree after staying here. The rooms they offered us first were not made up. They changed the rooms, and then the new room had a number of issues. There was no WiFi, no toiletries, the jet shower was broken. One of the lamps had no bulb, the one which had the bulb had spider webs, so it clearly shows that this hotel does not care about cleaning and hygiene even in such desperate times. There were no tea bags or coffee sachets placed in the room. The staff was ignorant when we told him about the issues. Please never stay here when youre in Kolhapur, there a number of better options at a better price range.

Not sure if they care about the visitors or not but despite raising complaints 3 times, they just promised over phone to send someone to fix the issue but never sent anyone.Otherwise hotel is nice and well maintained. Rooms are big, cozy and clean. Place is just next to dmart.Staff is courteous but seems they dont want to leave the place.Complimentary breakfast was just okok. No taste. When you pay around 3-4k for stay in kolhapur, which is not as costly as Mumbai Pune, you expect at least nice food but total disappointment here.Hardly any parking available. If you are checking in late, you might end up parking on the street.

Clean, cozy & spacious rooms. Well furnished, very comfortable bed with clean linen. Room has everything required for a comfortable stay, at the same time was not cramped up. Hotel location is convenient & safe, infact its right next to DMart. Buffet breakfast was good, restaurant service also good but they hv to upgrade the quality of the plates they use at the restaurant. Overall a very pleasant experience only complain I hv is that we were not provided with hand towels & toiletries were given only on asking. Cozy bed & fresh linen, clean toilets

Rooms are good but rest all are pathetic right from bathroom, breakfast even basic TV not working. Drosophillas roaming around juice / fruit salad ( single fruit) plate on breakfast station. Complete avoid from my side if you are travelling for business or even holidaying with family. Go save your money and more importantly peace of mind.

Erlier many times i stayed in this hotel but this time stay was horreble. TV was very small and no hindi channel was available while many times i told them to start but they said that we are doing. but not done. AC was not working properly lot of noice. break fast was not up to mark and even service was very slow. while i pay good amount . in this rate lot of other options in Kolhapur

This is a good hotel, however their breakfast and food needs a lot of improvement. Being available in budget cost of 2000-2500 Rs. Rooms are neat and well managed. Toiletries needs an enhancement though.

Location: Very convenient location. Optimally located; neither too far from Maha Lakshmi temple nor too close to crowded markets.It is next to D Mart, if you want to shop. And close to Tarabai Garden for your morning or evening walk or for kids to play!Accommodation: Excellent. Rooms are spacious and almost Euro standard.Ambiance: Very nice, quiet & classyService: GoodFood: Excellent. Particularly, the Mutton Thali. Quantity is very large. So, if you are not a big eater, you may want to share it!.And breakfast was sumptuous and very well prepared!Parking: The basement Parking is BAD. Getting in my car was difficult enough.. and getting it out needed Herculean effort.Better to Park the car outside, near Hotel entrance in the OpenAll in all... I recommend this hotel for all .. particularly for families

Whilst the room itself was OK....the bathroom walls were dirty and the toilet spray was so tight and SO pressured, it became a weapon yo be scared of, each time one had to use the loo! Have the housekeeping staff EVER really checked this???Also, NO toiletries in the bathroom. The bathroom itself made very badly.....no proper divider to keep bathroom dry. If one has a bath, the entire bathroom gets wet! The light in the bathroom is too dim to see anything clearly.They give tea & coffee sachets in room, but no teaspoons....be prepared to stir with your fingers!As someone from the hospitality industry, myself, I found all this totally unacceptable. The mgmt needs to pull up their socks and BE seriously hospitable if they intend to be in this business. I would not come back to this hotel again.

Recently got a chance to stay at keys select Krishna inn and heres my experience: Pros:Good and spaceous room/bathroom.Limited options for breakfast, but very tasty.Very good Location....10 minutes from bus stand and many small Cafes and restaurants to explore.Cons:Very slow check in.Basic amenities like Dental and shaving kit not provided...when asked for one...you get a prompt response that in 5 minutes you will get it...but you never do get it.House keeping needs to improve on service and response part.Quilt was not properly cleaned from inside.Lot of blame game between reception and house keeping.Overall.Good for one day stay.

Hotel was clean and nice. parking was sorted, room was very nice, AC perfect. No toiletries provided. keys usually provides. bathroom was big but not posh. towels should be a bit better. breakfast menu needs improvement.

This hotel gave me the worst experience of my stay at kolhapur. Hotel not only overcharged me X1.5 times than online quoted price but also refused to provide any basic facility in rooms including towels, TV remotes etc,.Highly recommend to not trust this hotel, until and unless you want to punish yourself.. worst experience of my life.

Everything that can go wrong for a hotel.Did I say hotel, its not, it is basically a lodge that we basically see in bus stand areas.1. Booked with central reservation of Keys group for king bed in their higher room category. Had to wait for 30 min for check in at 6 PM evening as room was not ready.2. Given lower category room in stead of booked higher one. Keys definitely had to answer me for the extra money it took from me.3. Specifically asked for king bed. Offered twin bed. They just joined the bed and put a double bedsheet on it. Middle of night my son was hanging from the bedsheet as both the bed were gone appart. By the way, that bedsheet used as favocol was torn too.4. Room was not cleaned from inception, clear boot marks on floor. Their eco friendly large glass windows are basically piece of glass stuck to a jonked irone grill. Glass was so darty, you can hardly see outside.5. Every thing has layers of hard dirt sitting on them, be it glass or cup or switches or even base of lamp.6. The large glass wall was just stuck there, if you push it hard it will fall outside. Might be a safety feature as there were none other in that hotel, not even an exit map. Common, Keys, how did you get a safety audit for this one?Only thing that work is the restaurant, which serves good food.I have stayed in many Keys property, but never so bad. Bad is a softer word for the condition of the hotel.If you are planning to stay in that piece of junk, do it in your own discretion.

Nice & Quite place to stay near Kolhapur Station near DMart. The place offers a good breakfast. The reception staff is helpful and responds to all your queries. The room was cosy and clean to stay. Special Kolhapuri Thali is the main attraction in the restaurant.

Hi all,I stayed in this Hotel several times through Goibibo with best deals. Now staff are able to recognize me and do the required and necessary options. Rooms are clean and neat. Had dinner and found delicious and happy hospitality. Mr. Om Prakash who is incharge during my visit took care all my needs. Regarding locality its best. As near to Super market, Bus stand, near to Lakshmi temple.Overall i give 4/5thank you for opportunity

Located at the side of d mart at tarabai park, I would rate it 5 star for location. the rooms are spacious and this is my third stay with them. they have stopped with breakfast service at their main lobby restaurant and instead run a roof top venue. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Food prices are bit on the higher side but quality is good

The property was in line with my expectations. it was a sweet and cozy property. the location is the best part. you dont need a two wheeler or a four wheeler to go to the the most happening place in the city

Closest hotel to Sangli ST stand. Neat and clean. Has parking for car also. This hotel has hall for 20-30 people. Restaurant and bar.

1 night stay in Kolhapur was nightmare because of this Hotel. We booked 3 non smoking rooms and reached there by 7 PM with intention of relaxing but the moment we entered rooms there was horrible smoking smell.Hotel staff has solution of using air freshener, they dont have extra room , air freshener was not correct solution, on duty manager was not present at scene.We lost almost 2 hours and ttries to find solutions, staff was least concerned about it.Somehow we managed 1 night and then we encountered pathetic breakfast spread.Overall it was horrible and dont recommend it.

A decent property. The rooms are good but not maintained well. Most of the rooms have slight sepage of rain water on rooms wall due to which there is always an unpleasant smell in the room. The room given to us was having hot water problem, no phone and smelly. We complained the same to the reception and they were quick to react. They offered us a suite room in lieu of the normal room but the condition of was room was same even slightly lower so I refused the same and asked for the normal room. Thereafter they showed me room on other floor after 10-15 mins and to our surprise the condition of room was very good. We stayed in that room. The behaviour of staff is very good and prompt. They also arranged for my car wash in d morning(on some additional payment).Recommend stay as the services are prompt and good. They have got parking place as well.

House keeping is not at all giving any services. TV is not working due to insufficient balance. Reported to house keeping and reception. But not resolved.

The hotel is quite good. The staff is also very friendly and co operative. The rooms are quite good and spacious. Clean beds and washrooms. If you are staying for long, talk with them beforehand to get a good deal with combine brunch. Thats what we did. The only thing that sucks about this place is the parking!! It is nearly impossible to park your vehicle here. Even if you succeed to do so, while exiting you are sure to break something in your way out. It is very congested! Apart from that great hotel!!✌

Guys please don’t ever check in this hotel by mistake also. It has the most bad service experience in my life. So if you are willing to stay in this hotel ever plz don’t 🙁🙁

It was below expectation. They did not have proper staff and no proper uniform for staff. The breakfast was very ordinary and not tasty. The only best part of it was the location. There are many happening places around the hotel.There should be improvement as it has the brand of Keys with it.

Krishna Inn under new management of Keys. The hotel is good for a short stay with family. I have stayed in other Keys hotel in Pune and Ludhiana. This hotel needs to upgrade to reach that standard.Best part is the staff - friendly and eager to provide services. 4 star for that.

Pros Good location. easily accessible.cleanlinesssmooth check in and check outconsBreakfast service is frustrating. they prepare food in limited quantity and dont add as per demand. we were served idlis without chatney and had to settle down with 2 pieces of fruits among 5 people... even after requesting for more chutney and fruits the serving staff denied to provide.also At 10 am the buffet is closed without intimating the people in dining area having food.central AC with no temp control. its freezing 18 degree every time. you cannot turn off the ACNo toiletries provides except shower cap.

Overall experience was good. Breakfast was also good, just one suggestion to include Fruits or Fruit Juice in Breakfast.

Location fantastic. Staff friendly and cooperative. We stayed in the suite. The maintenance should be better. Bathroom fittings were leaking. No napkins and toilet paper in bathroom. Also no tissue paper in the room. The only mirror is in Bath, no mirror outside. The experience is overall good and I will recommend the hotel. But it will get better with these improvements.

Nice experience. when there is a issue in wifi signal,they fixed separate wifi router in my room and signal is good.

Its a new one n so very clean n nice. rooms n spacious n amenities good. I didnt try food here so not sure. however I checked for beer n no alcohol served even if there is a full fledged menu for the same;) this location is good n accessible easily. parking is one issue. recommended to park just outside the gate.the basement parking is too cluttered n difficult to take car out, specially if you have a bigger vehicle(not hatchback)but overall this place is pleasant to stay. cheers.

Very convenient location. DMART is next to the hotel. However the hotel staff who are cleaning the place make a lot of noise. Rooms are not sound proof. So expect some noise. Breakfast served on roof top. Breakfast is good but you have to pay for it, its not included in the room Tarrif.

Processes are too slow. Refund of money taken more than month. I checkout on 12th May but not get refund amount till now.

My first 3 experiences here were very good . The rooms and food and service as well were very good.However my last experience changed my opinion.Hotel car parking isnt convenient.There was problem with the card for opening the room door for all doors.Staff were not very cooperative.Food quality was average.GM of the hotel didnt pickup the phone.After returning I received a call back from the GM who gave me a patient listening to my complaints and appologised.

This is a superb value for money stay in kolhapur. good for family stay. staff is very friendly. I found the food was good. the wifi connection is an issue here. but Im sure the management will improve on it. still will continue to stay here

Better to stay somewhere else if with family.1. Despite booking being confirmed a week in advance they didnt keep any room ready. Made us wait for at least half hour.2. Gave two separate beds. These had to be joined.3. Executive Deluxe room provided was not upto the mark.4. Only one set of toiletries given. Only liquid soap provided, in dispenser.5. No hot water provided. Only lukewarm water in bathroom.6. Only one bottle of water provided in room.7. Really poor WiFi . Available only for 5 minutes.8. Parking difficult to access.

Good place to stay... at a reasonable price. Staff was curteous. Also in morning instead of ckecking out we extended our stay until late evening and the Hotel accomodated our request and charged only half instead of full one day rate for the extended stay.

Its a place where all the AC do not work. had been at the restaurant for breakfast and told the manager and other staff to turn it on and they gave me lame reason that it takes 15 mins for an AC to turn on after pressing the on button. there was water leakage in the room through the AC. Its a very lame place. The management is complete sad. When in the morning had asked for the manager on duty I got a response that theres no manager in the morning. please do not waste your time and money staying here.

A decent place to take a break while travelling to Goa, economical yet comfortable stay with average food and services...

Right from reception area which was very helpful, friendly n courteous. till the room area, everything seemed to be so perfect. location is amazing in the heart of the city n giggling area with all the daily amenities around surrounded by good restaurants.

Good hotel, Room needs more maintenance , GM of the hotel is too good, very courteous and humble and personally attends us every time we visit. Surely going to visit again, but expecting better maintained rooms..... very good for family and friends stay.....DMart is next door, so shopping convinience.

Not worth for the money which they charged..Room was not ready even we checked in late... No pillow,No toiletries in one room. Worst ever Key’s Properties I stayed..Need to remind about putting lights on the floor where we stayed.Basic cleanliness was missing which you can experience right from reception till the room . You can hear the sound of the vehicle which is very disturbing...I seriously doubt this property being a Part Key’s group. Very unprofessional staff..It is definitely not a 3 star property.

Had booked 2 rooms and the review is for the room I stayed in.Pros:1. Room is spacious. 2. Food is good at Malhar restaurant. 3. Complimentary Breakfast is good. Cons:1. Not that well maintained. Stains on the floor, paint peeling off.2. No bulbs in 2 of the lamps in the room. Not replaced even after complaining. 3. The bathroom is badly designed. There is no height difference between shower and the entrance section. The bathroom was stagnated with water and was a really bad experience. 4. The window curtains are stitched together, so you cant just cover the white sheet. Hence leading to want of lights inside the room, which is lacking.......

Should be edited as a 1 star hotel instead!!! I guess they were Associated with the chain “Keys” before but aren’t anymore. It only looks like a decent hotel from outside. Interiors are nowhere near A typical “Keys” hotel. It’s just a private ‘Inn’ poorly managed by the local authorities. A Good hotel if you aren’t expecting 3 star hotel experience. But we were very disappointed as we have seen other “Keys” in different cities and the standard they have set. Major plumbing issues, the bathroom stunk the whole time and cleanliness level very poor. Housekeeping standards very low, unhygienic, and even after complaining no response. Broken electric fixtures in the room made it even worse. We booked 2 rooms which included breakfast with it, which was disappointing. A normal 3 star hotel’s breakfast spread is quite lavish. Here is was only 1/8th of it. So overall a very frustrating experience. Wouldn’t recommend if you are used to a 3 star hotel experience.

Overpriced! Stayed at this place for 8 hrs.Food at the restaurant was disappointing. They served a mutton thali, supposed to be authentic Maharashtrian. It was the standard tasteless flavour less food. mediocre food and overpriced boarding.
