No communication between staff..They missing important Documents collect From Us...

Too much manual interventions even though online processes have started... Too much waiting time for every small thing, the experience has worsened over the period.

All the Systems are well functional. The Staff is very courteous and helpful. Of course one has to be able to convey what one is seeking.

Worse Experience.. RTO is not disciplined. Whole system are lousy.they arent even deserve for single star..

Worst service ever i got.the staff dont know anything if you ask them anything they will send to another person & this chain will continue if you applying for licence online and you get any problem then they will not help you they just say go to that saheb and this saheb at the end if you ask for their so called saheb name they say they dont know. staff is very bad they just dont care about anyone.they even not Deserve 1 star

License renewal took just 5 minutes... much improved over past few years

The worst RTO services. Even 1 star is more for their service. They first give choice numbers and put middle class people on hold for passing their vehicles. They take 15 days for passing the bike. Its totally money based system. Very sad to say that we dont get bikes with immediate passing. Worst.

I went 2 times to the RTO office and spent my 2-3 hrs and the result was nothing. The dates arent available for months and then they say why you dont have driving licence.

Strict action should be taken against those who break the rules. Also, people who make the same mistake 3 times should have their license blocked.

I recommend to not go through agent. Just be prepared with all the documents and confidence.

Staff was limited .Re registration not done .They tell me to come tomorrow .Lady staff not cooperating .

Staff of RTO department is so arrogant that I have ever seen. They dont even have training about how to talk with person. Very arrogant attitude.

I had very Worst experience. Completely managed by agents. Very harsh behaviour of staff with public. They think , people come for Learning license or driving license are beggers.

Employees are appointed without any interview (vashila lavun alet) . They cant even manage people to come queue ,even if people are that smart. During my test , they were just shouting at as to stand inside- outside... Only the main officer is good at his work and duty. 😒😒😒

Sub – Air–Horns.I have observed & herd Air-Horn on many trucks, buses etc. These air-horns are irritating and harmful to the Human beings, because of high peach of sound.I think by-law they have been banned it is so? If the answer is yes! Here you can get leaerning license and permanent license. Initially you have to get a learing license, bring the required documents, fill the form and give a written test. We can apply for a final license from one month to six months after it is passed. When you go for a permanent license, you have to do a test drive. Then in about 7 days you get a digital license and in a couple of months you get a hard copy.
