Whenever we go to Kolhapur, we visit to Parakh for lunch/dinner. Visited this Sunday, after Corona times! Food was fantastic, red & rassa was too good! Must visit!

(Written on 9 aug 2021)The place has ample parking space while still being on main road and not too far from the highway, one traveling on the National highway could easily grab a bite and go.The place is clean and spacious and tables are at safe distance from each other, all staff have compulsory masks on all the time (Very delighted to see this). They have clean and hygienic washroom.The variety of food is limited but the ones which are served are their speciality. The quality of food is very good , taste is unique.The food was served quickly thanks to the small menu .The prices are well adequate and fair .Overall a perfect place to enjoy mutton and chicken , but not a place for vegetarians.

If you are in Kolhapur, you must try this thali, rassa... service is good and they do have parking space for 4 wheeler.

I was searching for a Non veg hotel while returning from Devgad... Finally I landed in hotel parakh..And one word I can say is awesome... It was so tasty I had entire badli of tambada rassa.... We ordered 2 mutton thali, 1 chicken thali, 1 veg thali and 4 solkadhi...total bill was 1170...Rates are very reasonable...and we need same hotel like parakh hotel in pune also...we are missing such quality and quantity....posting only pic as I forgot to click pic when thali arrived....

Tried special mutton masala thali, anda thali and mutton sukkha. Mutton masala was ok, mutton kheema and mutton sukha had very strong smell so couldnt eat after a bite. Mutton masala and anda masala had same gravy. Tambda rassa was the only thing we enjoyed. All the dishes except rassas were lukewarm. No desserts in the menu. Overhyped.

First of all overrated price for chicken thali...and not much chicken pieces in thali... Padra tamda was normal... If you go with group of boys / male.. Tables are almost full and have to wait for more than 15mins....also have open garden which is only meant for family.. Very disappointed. Its better try another alternative which serve better than this. Hope this helps

Many people recommended this restaurant to me. I visited today. Taste was same as other good restaurant, nothing special here. Being in Kolhapur, I was not expecting Bolhai (sheep) mutton here. Ill not consider it as a special restaurant for nonveg in Kolhapur, theres nothing special in it. Disappointed.
