In January 2021, I had purchased Sonata make weighing scale having 39kg capacity and two side display.In August 2021, front display stopped working.Therefore, I visited shop. The person in shop might be owner ir employee, asked for bill. Unfortunately, I am unable to produce bill. It is told that in absence of bill, I have to pay for display work.Thereafter, I asked the person to check his record It is strange to state that he is not maintaining any record of sales made by him.Hence, I feel that I had made blatant mistake in making purchase from such seller.
