Just to change battery mean to purchase new, I am in care center and still waiting around 50 minutes what a service just to give new battery need to wait around an hour even not more than 5-7 customers today still waiting for them to give me battery BAD service. Worst service ever....Had visited store to convert my jio prepaid to postpaid... as the service boy couldnt do it in tym i ordered for new jio postpaid n that guy gave me jio prepaid worth 499₹..it was his fault n he blamed me unnecessarily... Another guy came he gave me jio postpaid(taken charge of 100₹)n told that 500₹ will be deposited in ur account nothing such happened with me. I dont know why this guys lie for money.. As I was with my baby I couldnt argue with him

After confirming offers we goes for billing and then he denying for offer. Really pathetic and hopeless service I ever experienced. I bought 55 inch TCL TV from this shop. And it is in my house in packed untouched condition. They said, they will install it within 48 hrs..
