Cannot believe it is an authorised LG showroom!Wanted to buy the NanoCell TV and they insisted that they cannot give a packed TV and I have to take the display piece. I told they can order a new one from the company and I am okay to wait for a few days, but they simply refused!! The TV price was around 90k, why would anyone take a display piece for full price which has been opened and being used for months???Very rude lady owner who definitely did not know anything about customer service and was behaving like she is giving the TV for free!Worst electronics shop I ever visited. They lost a genuine customer today, looking forward for the day when they close this shop for good.Thank you.
