Very bad service provided by tej courier

I sent a courier on 12th October 2020 from Kolhapur to Satara & paid Rs 100/- for door delivery. Now it is 6PM on 15th October. The courier is UNDELIVERED. Wheneve I call Kolhapur office on 2550022 or 2662655 nos, nobody picks up the phone. This is irritating.How do you expect the customer to come back to you for another courier???Awinash KulkarniKolhapur

Very high rates for delivering documents/parcel service and not cooperation from working staff

Hardly delivered any parcel on time in last 3 years. So much pain to deal with them, they never respond. Asks the customers to collect parcels from office.We stopped using this courier service now.

It is the worst courier service .I sent parcel to Nagpur from pune on 20th september and reched in nagpur on 26th Sept.and their all toll free and landline wil not work/ will not give appropriate answer and will offer you Nagpurs number instead of tracking courier by themsel
