Anster Aadhar Hospital is the largest hospital in Kolhapur. There are treatments for all kinds of ailments. There is a wheelchair entrance, and wheelchair parking. Four wheeler parking is also separate. There is a clean garden in front for the relatives of the patient. Canteen is available for relatives. The food there is fine. But the hospital is a lot more expensive. Is unaffordable to all. On-the-go sanitizer and thermal scanning are done. I give this hospital four out of five stars.

I went for vaccine. Worst management ever seen in my life. They took registration and money for vaccine told to seat. we were waiting for 3:30 hrs for our number to came. Around 200 ppl waiting. After taking money They told us to wait in garden which is outside of hospital. Don’t go there for vaccine. Its waste of money. Government hospital management better than this.

(Specific to vaccination drive)Queues extend beyond the gate, and in the hospital compound, as the groups of ~20 are allowed to enter the hospital lobby for registration at 4-5 desks and then guided to the basement for vaccination. The hospital could do with some seating, some volunteers, some signages. Hygiene was up to the mark.

Hospital by its maintenance is good but the main issue is the Doctors timing. Each doctor has his own timing. If u want to c 2 or 3 doctors in a days, is not possible. Either u have waste ur whole day or u have to visit another day. If it could be managed than it is a good milti specialty hospital.

This one star is only for 2-3 ppl in the management and housekeeping staff. Initially they are very good but after 1 day the regular housekeeping and nursing staff degrade their standard, they dont have any kind of training or behaviour how to treat ppl and if its a pregnancy room so whisper when u knock the door. They keep striking the doors and shouting in the corridors. If u r coming from a good background and looking at the big building then pls reconsider your decision. My kid is just 2 days old and not even able to sleep properly as they keep slamming the door and shouting on their on time.

Ultrasound section staff is not helping nature, not even in reply or quick action. They act as govt employee and took too much time to response. Even for pregnant women they doesnt have sitting arrangement away from covid testing members ( that might be serious concern). We have to arrange itby own.

I recently had great experience with Aster Adhar. My parents were covid positive and had to admit immediately.,Aster Adhar treated them so well. The doctors are simply amazing and their staff is really knowledgable and helpful. They do call us everyday to provide patients health progress and also help with any queries we have related to patients health. This helped me stay informed and updated all the time even being far away from them. I also would like to highlight their food section. They provide meals based on patients health condition. The food provided is really good and the overall service is so clean and remarkable. Aster Adhar is the best in Kolhapur with all the latest facilities available all time. Staff is very friendly and helpfull right from the covid test till getting discharge.they provide very good food for every patient according to his health conditions. Though cost is bit high, the nursing and consulting is great.The cleanliness is good.The Management of this hospital is of Aster which runs too many hospitals in India and UAE. The job of each staff is well defined and organized. Medical staff is excellent.No outside food is available which keeps environment clean and Hospital noise free. Tie up with so many insurance companies is also helpful.I would recommend this Hospital for severe patients.

Was hospitalized multiple times for Aplastic Anemia treatment. Excellent doctors. Hospital is neat and clean. While being discharged, had to wait for almost half day each time.Best in Kolhapur vicinity. Bit pricy according to the locality.Staff is organised. ICU staff is excellent. Outside ICU staff is okay. Few nurses behaved irresponsibly.In mornings could hear lovely birds chirping ☺️. Easily accessible from Mumbai-bangalore highway.

Worst hospitalWent to the emergency after an accident. I had a head injury, the duty doctor was extremely careless and the nurses also didn’t treat the wounds properly. They didn’t clean the wound at all and stitched it with fragments of glass pieces still inside the wound.The least they could have done was a proper inspection of the wound and cleaned it well. I had to go though a surgery after 1 month because of glass pieces inside my head.I’m not sure why they even keep such careless doctors and nurses in the emergency, because of their incapability I have to go though such a trauma.

I am Abhinandan Patil from Sangli district I had visited this place a lots of time with family for any personal issues, but today with my brother for her issues. when I entered in the campus, there are gardens for feel good to visitor, and when I entered in hospital I feel very happy with the interior of hospital.l feel I am in heaven so high and beautiful experience. And staff also so cooperative with all patients there are various departments to opportunities in building floors and mean thing is that very clean surrounding area with all safety guidelines.As soon as we entered the hospital we were directed by the security guards towards the reception that was centrally air conditioned. The hospital was very clean and maintained well. At the reception there was a big crowd of people. Some were seated while others remained standing in anxiety.

Service is good but its about time and money... fees are too costly...had to wait for 3 hours to see the doctor even after having an appointment scheduled...The staff will just ask you to sit and wait... Overall not bad but improvement should be done..

Lack of Coordination between Cash staffs...I had to struggle a lot

I am gonna comment on a specefic issue only and not on anything else. One issue I faced on a repetitive basis is the waiting time for the patient in OPD. Inspite of taking an appointment, I had to wait for hours after the OPD starts, and this is the common problem with every patient. I have seen patients complaining about the time at the desk several times, what is the point of taking an appointment then. There should be a time schedule for every appointment. I understand doctors time is important, but so is everyone elses.

Corporate Insurance holders, dont consult here during Covid times. My father was admitted for non-covid related illness. The hospital billed me around 5000 for gloves, gowns etc for 3 day stay.. none of which was approved by Insurer and the expenses had to be borne by me. Also if the patient is referred to outside diagnostic center, the hospital insurance team insists that we claim it separately which is a nighmare.

The problem is with Doctors which are not much experienced who can able to do proper diagnosis. I lost my mother due to doctors incorrect decisions & treatment plan during hospitalization. Dont go for this hospital really if you are treating your loved one.I appreciated nursing staff and TPA guys for doing well. Doctors are visiting once in 2-3 days even in private room booking during hospitalization which is worst thing which I faced. My suggestion not to go for this hospital if you caring for someone.

Gave unnecessary recommendation to go on dialiasis for our patient. We shifted patient to other hospital. No need of dialisis. Patient stable and seems like will be back to home soon. Also bill ammount high. Very disappointed.

From the time I arrived by ambulance to till date, the care and attention my baby received from the doctors & the staff, on down the line, was excellent. Let me say, due to the excellent care that the NICU staff provided, that turned my nightmare into a promising dream. We had visited the hospital due to an emergency kidney stone operation for my husband. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the service and the treatment.I cannot complain about their rates as we had it covered under insurance. They have a very supportive insurance desk who do not harass clients instead are willing to help them.Also their rates are justified for the cleanliness and service provided and the rates ate in par with other private hospitals.This is so clean it does not even feel like a hospital. The staff (besides the security guard who behaved like he owned the hospital ) are very cheerful, polite and helpful. The food is only veg but very very good and hygienic food.

Evening shift Nurses were sleeping, upon calling for help they would get irritated. I had very good experience with this hospital. My wife was being treated prenatal and admitted here for delivery. Dr. Shilpa Joshi and Dr. Damale applied their maximum efforts and made the safe and successful normal delivery. Very good in house facilities hence it was very convinient for me to admit my child in NICU for further treatment.The hospital doesnt make you feel like hospital.. very clean, pleasant atmosphere and very good cooperative staff and doctors. Food is also good and hygienic.
