Room has bad smell, not giving proper service, rooms are not cleaned

Hotel is good for family. semi delux room is specious and best for family. washroom is clean. service is good. only veg restaurant. very near from mahalakshmi temple. outside look is not good. no parking. but with compare to rate this is best hotel. I stay here in Dec 2019 service secured and rooms are specious .

We booked the hotel for one day. I will give 2 stars out of 5 just because of its location and its rooms. Room was spacious and another plus point is this hotels proximity to Bus stand and railway station of Kolhapur. now why I deduct 3 stars out of 5 , the reasons are as follows1) We reached the hotel in the afternoon and we were so tired to go to any hotel so we wanted to have room service but reception told me that they dont serve food in room in morning. This was an unpleasant gesture from the hotel.2) The hotel room didnt have catalogue enlisting the extension numbers like reception, room service, restaurant. 3) Ac was also somewhat not working properly. 4) Staff was not very enthusiastic while serving guests. Very laid back approach. 5) The hotel has not kept any refreshment in room. The fridge was for namesake. Water was also not available. When we asked they served it, and that was also priced. 6) In the bathroom, there was no curtain in between bath area and remaining area. The whole area used to get wet during bathing. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone unless u dont have choice.

Nice hotel for business trip & family. But the hotel charge for early check in if booked online. Near to station. Parking is available. Good service

Panchalee is the Best hotel to stay in Kolhapur. I booked 7-8 Rooms for guests for marriage purpose. Quality of rooms is very good at reasonable rates. Also hotel staff is very calm and cooperative. I will recommend everyone to have experience of this hotel.

A newly renovated hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The bathroom was also spotless. You will get 120 Rs worth coupon if booked through Oyo for breakfast you can select dishes as per your choice. Location is also good, walking distance from Railway Station.

I dont recommend this property. As hotel location is not good. Rooms are clean so given two star. Staff isnt supportive. They mentioned complimentary breakfast but they havent got any space for it. So they give rs.120/- coupon and send us to nearby restaurant Gokul. So its limited breakfast.

Centrally located near Station. Room Service is very prompt, and one can expect within a min. The front staff is naive but ready to help with quick service. Since the hotel is under renovation one can expect some inconvenience. It’s overall a pleasant stay.

Good rooms. But the guy at the reception was extremely mannerless. Check out was of 24 hours but after 18 hours the reception guy called us to ask when we are leaving. When we said we still have time left to check out, he told us that he did not want to give us accomodation but still gave. There was no reason why he should have said that . It was very rude. The hotel management should take note of this. Such attitude wont help. Rest of the staff was fine.
