A good and safe hotel close to both the Pune & Bangalore highways, located away from the city chaos to make your stay memorable while at this town of Mahalakshmi. Rooms are decent, comfortable with all essentials & AC, staff is very courteous and food is tasty. Has an outdoor garden sitting also to enjoy evening meals in ambience. Overall a reasonable bargain for a tourist.

The hotel rooms are very clean, the food here is good as well. Along with it the staff is nice and cooperative. Best place to stay at, not much away from the station but away from buzz of the city.

Got a good deal for this hotel just one day before stay. Hotel is average in 2 star category hotels, room were spacious and good essential daily needs like soap. But poor quality of blanket on the bed and morning breakfast and also hotel is located on a quite/outskirt locality in kolhapur. I also got another good hotel at same cost with good breakfast and at the center of city about a week before this stay.

Does not meet the ceriteria...shower does work properly...no proper place for parking...no hot water in evenings....staff was polite

Ya i booked this hotel after considering other few hotel in my search list.I am quite happy for choosing this Hotel GreenLand-Elegant in kolhapur city.I stayed for three days and it was a very decent experience with the quality of rooms and food as well which i had as dinner in lawn.I surely will recommend this to all my colleagues.

Very worst experience. Rooms not in good condition. Very casual approach of the staff. My booking was allocated to someone else with out my permission. Had to search for another accommodation at the last minute. Amminities also not in working condition. Dont know whether they really know how to run a hotel!

1. Hotel Staff has unruly behavior.2. Food served is not at all good, Kolhapur is famous for good food dont destroy that status.3. Rooms are unprepared; When guests arrive they ask for every fundamental item like towel,water etc.4. Over prized food items under the garb of Service charge. third grade drinking water provided in rooms.5. Hotel staff is rude & pathetic including reception staff.

Its a decent place. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The room has a study table. The water in the bathroom seemed to be hard water. The restaurant isnt anything to rave about though. But the rooms made up for this shortfall.

AC Rooms are very well maintained, neat and clean. Calm and peaceful location. Service is also very good. Overall liked the stay☺

Dont go for it unless it is the last option for you...They didnt even have clean bedsheets... toilets were actually suffocating without proper air outletsLights were dim...staff was not only untrained and unprofessional but also less than required in number.Yes the food tasted goodBut other than that they didnt even had knife while offering the breakfast.. -_-

Decent place at economical prices. While booking /checking in, make sure you ask for renovated rooms as the hotel has old as well as newly renovated rooms and new ones are obviously neat and clean.

Had booked 3 room for stay of my corporate staff in kolhapur for a recent event.Liked the price the hotel rooms comes at and the location as well as it was very close to PVR Cinema in kolhapur.Lots of greenery in a city hotel is a rare thing these days.

Only one thing I want to inform south Indian food I am not able to find in hotel. and breakfast complimentary you will find only 2 items. I asked hotel people to at least arrange food from outside to get with room boy but no response. I spended money for to get food from outside for 2days. food expenses is less and auto expenses is high. you wont find breakfast complimentary more than 2 items.

Overall a good stay experience, room was clean, spacious with clean bed linen. But dont expect much from the restaurant.

Not working to satisfaction due to lockdown issues

No problem as such, but it was very expensive for a Non AC Room. When I was booking the room the price shown was around 2500, later after discount it became 1800. but still in that price I could get an AC room elsewhere. Overall it was overpriced, not worth. Location is bit remote, not easily approachable. It was a normal kind of hotel which was highly priced.

Nice place to stay, but food is low grade.

- Hotel is too expensive than it should be- Only limited food items are prepared inside- Restaurant is smelling bad and congested, and unorganized- Rooms are good- Hot water is available only for limited time.- I will not prefer to stay here again
