Very poor food quality and service.I had been to the restaurant last night .We ordered king fish plate ...it was the worst dish I ever had in kop .We adore Orient Crown for fish varieties.But to our great surprise , administration is not concerned about the customer feedback ...really disheartening exerience

Very shallow service, staff untrained and manager very unpolite, didnt offer complimentary bottle... At breakfast which was complimentary , we took 3 idlis for my 5 yr old daughter, coz we had to leave early at 8 and she was sleeping, they asked me to pay.. No doubt this is tier 3 city hotel.. Cant expect hospitality from such hotel...

Visited the hotels restaurant - Oyster Shell. The restaurant serves vegetarian and Non vegetarian Maharashtrian, Punjabi, South Indian and Chinese dishes. We ordered the following: 1. Methi Besan 2. Sukhi Bhindi 3. Sol Kadhi 4. Bhakti The preparation of all food items was very good. The food was delicious. Quantity of each main course dish served was sufficient for two people. Pricing: The food was priced reasonably. Service: The service was prompt. Staff was courteous. Parking: The hotel has parking facility for its guests.

A very good place to stay n dine..we always prefer this hotel whenever we visit kolhapur. Rooms are quite well maintained and clean. Staff is very cooperative. Service is quick. They serve a wide n tasty variety of food for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner.Have never looked for any other option to stay in Kolhapur as we are pretty much satisfied with the quality and service.

Very normal place. Rooms were too small. Not the same as shown on pics. Very small bathroom. Food is OK. No AC in restaurant. No etiquettes at front desk. The person on the front desk behaved very cold. Its close to the highway so was a good place for a stop over. Otherwise would not recommend. Next time would like to go to a better place.

This place is best for stop over while traveling to Goa. To have a nights rest. As it is on the main highway itself. So I am happy to have found this place on GoibiboCheck in was smooth. Over all good. Had coffee and snacks was tasty. Waiting to have dinner tonight

According to me its the best place for Malwani seafood in Kolhapur...its very close to Pune - Bangalore highway...a good place for food..tasty and very healthy. Good sevice, Rooms are nice. Free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast with 2-3 varieties. Misal over here was very tasty and so was the idli sambar also the fresh fruit juice was there. Vallet parking system is available free of cost. Car wash for just Rs 40/- . On top of it we got almost 20% discount during our check-out. And the place is hardly 4-5 kms from Mahalaxmi Mandir.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They were willing to forego their check out policy when I explained that I was leaving much earlier than their complementary breakfast. I have stayed here many times and it will continue to be my first choice in the vicinity. Downside: no covered parking.

Its a normal budget hotel. Nothing extraordinary. Is very near to the highway, and rooms are decent. Televisions are bad here, and channels they show are extremely random. Washrooms are also not the best kind, and its typical old fashioned bathrooms. If you are here for luxurious experience, better change the venue. DO HIT LIKE BUTTON IF THIS IS HELPFUL

Hotel is Great and Restaurant too.Most of the time its Full.You get very good Fish dishes.We used to go in his Waman Guest House where is serving authentic seafood.I can say good.But toilet and washroom have to be maintained.

On the way to Mumbai we reached Kolhapur at 5 PM and by this time lunch was not available in most of the hotels near highway. To our delight we got very nice and tasty lunch at Hotel Orient Crown. Fish thali was awesome.
