I am staying at royal astonia apartment at nagala park, this scheme is devloped by suraj estate devloopd only. I must say builder has lost reputation now. Worst quality lifts have been used , lifts are always off , also low cost material used for building construction. Almost 90% flats have leakage problem. Once upon a time this was top construction firm in kolhapur but now it is indeed worst.
