Excellent residential complex

I am residing in Subal Srusthi North Pole building since last 5 years. The project is very nice. It is situated at Nale Colony Kolhapur, well known area of the Kolhapur City. Broad Roads, No heavy traffic. pollution free & pleasant area. The drinking water supply by the corporation is good and adequate. Bore also has plenty of water. So far we never faced the shortage of water. The amenities provided by the builder are superb! The road ends here, hence no traffic around the building. This is the plus point of the site. At the back of the site is a vast ground of Tapovan. So there will be no possibility of any new project/buildings in near future. Ventilation and natural light in the rooms are adequate and nice. Last year Kolhapur was badly affected by flooding and many areas of the city were under rain water for more than 10 days. But this area was safe & did not arise any problem. Overall the location and site is very nice for pleasant stay with family.

Love it !!! The place is wonderful with views of Rankala lake, Panhala Fort, city view. The city is very near to this place just 1Km away from this place. You go anywhere in Kolhapur from this place in just 10 to 20 minutes. The place is surrounded with Tapowan ground on one side and other side is with city. Air quality is so good pollution free environment and in the morning you can see peacock and many birds wake you up.Overall I love this place.
