No.1 hotel lodge in kolhapur...very cleaned rooms,bathrooms,hall,etc.... Manager and owners talking with customers very politely. Nice room service, hot water early morning, delicious copy tea is there , free wifi service, laundry, also intercom, me and family guest feel like homely... Staff is very helpful. Rooms are very neat and clean with good facilities. Although Ice cream centre and Restaurant service is temporarily closed due to covid-19 pandemic, but there is a homely made food service provided to your doorstep at cheap rates. You can order food via Swiggy or Zomato to your location.

Lodge is good. i was traveling solo. the manager and staff uncle was very nice and picked me up from the bus station. he guided me where to travel in city. the tariff is reasonable and good option if you are looking for hotels in budget or youre budget traveling solo like me.

Talking about the service, i have very bad experience with Solanki Guest house, they guys tell us on phone one thing and provides other things on arrival...Becuase of their staff i need to pay parking fine to police. And after discussion one day before next day manager ran away instead of discussing with us.And on call only saying that we can not give you money of fine, wasted my ₹200 there.As per discussion they told us one day before well provide warm water by 6am, and on same day they provided warm water by 7-7:30am.

FAMILIES..STAY AWAY...This place is quite old ..I had terrible experience..Rooms are not clean, bed sheets wasnt clean.. specially toilet is awful and It was stinky. Only good thing about this place its near to The temple.

Got bitter treatment...Edit :Dear manager as per u we not gave minimum booking price so u provided worst room to us but i can provide u screen shot of payment of pre booking for Rooms even though we ready to pay full amount. And i wrote worst not only the treat ment we got but there were some other issues also.As i dont want to defame ur business i restricted to wrote more.

It is a very good hotel in kolhapur. There are so many facilities are presents. Room services are also good. We can see city town lights from the rooms window at night. My opinion is, this is a fantastic hotel. Room available easily. Room available at low prices also. Materials are branded. I liked it so much. I wanted to come to this hotel another time. I liked it so much. Parking is available. We can park our car safely. Food quality is good and nice. I enjoyed a lot. Solanki is an amazing hotel. The service is exemplary, the staff is helpful and courteous. We were travelling during winter times and the hotel had all necessary precautions in place. The room is spacious. The breakfast was excellent. At Solanki Guest House we observed that all the staff are very polite in manner and very good at customer handling.If you are visiting Kolhapur Mahalaxmi Ambabai Temple, it is very close to the temple max 800mtrs walking distance. Its a very convenient place for a night hold or for a freshen up.

Prices are excellent. I have stayed with my family and friends for 3 days, I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in Machine in the lobby gave us our rooms keys! All with the help of very nice, friendly and Manager. The room was lovely, clean with most comfortable beds. Washroom was clean too. Reception was very helpful in directing us. After we came back found water stations, with bottles so we can take them to room. Pleasant stay. We tried food service as well and in 20min. Was delivered to our room. Overall I had best stay ever in kolhapur and definitely will be back there and will recommended this place stay at kolhapur, near from Mahalaxmi Temple.

Value for money. Very near to Mahalakshmi temple. Prime location from where you can easily get autos, medicals, food etc. Rooms are okayish. Not the most attractive, but just about fine for a days stay. Family wont feel comfortable here since small rooms. I had stayed in an attached bathroom non AC double bed room. There are some even cheaper rooms with no attached bathroom. Depends on your needs. There is a Krishna Deluxe hotel nearby which is very famous for their Kolhapuri Thali of veg and non veg both. So overall a good hotel to stay for a extremely short stay.

They rooms is not so good.even bedsheets have holes,some black spot & old.we came from festival at night 1am then we slept.bcoz we tired & most of staff sleeping.morning also they provide towel &soap very late.During dept.they check rooms.some bed sheets have yellow little bit.that is dry not even wet.but then also they charge 200 rs extra.we told them that you can wash it.but he was arguing contiously..not preferable for any one. Last year Pune I stay in hotel where same yellow sticke to bed.but they didnt charge bcoz its washable even they provide us brand new bed sheets that time.

Nice budget hotel with basic facilities. Staff was nice. Walkable distance from Ambabai temple. Best option if you are alone or with a friend & you need to spend night in Kolhapur.I will surely stay here if I come back to Kolhapur again.

Fantastic staff, very helpful and nice. Room is good, location is on main road so a little noisy. Occasional power cuts for several minutes, hot water only in early morning.

Great location, staffs are not so great . Repeated reminders for towels , tea etc was quite frustrating. Water was not hot for shower and was assured it will be taken care next time. As its a old building, charging points are not so great . Neighbouring rooms talking and water noise were also a big turnoff . Ice cream in adjacent store is not recommended and overly priced.
