Unsafe, unhygienic and poor service.When asked staff said owner has more concentrating on new business, therefore poor maintenance.Open toiled window even slum besides.No hot water in the room.Electric kettle was dirty.1 Chapati for Rs.40/- not even warm. When argued charges reduced to Rs.20/-.Dont go on outside look of hotel, hotel dont even worth 1 star.

The hotel was at a decent location from the mall, however it was shut, but there were quite a few eateries near by. The rooms were pretty spacious and the service was nice as well. The issue we faced was that our A/C wasnt working when we entered the room but then the room service guys managed it quickly. The bathrooms is spacious and clean. However the view from the room was not at all serene, its still a good place to spend a day or two. The room service regarding the food was quick and the hotel also allows outside deliveries from Zomato and swiggy. A major issue we faced apart from the one mentioned above was that, during a light rainfall, the electricity was shut for more than an hour and that was not professional according to me. No Arrangements were made and we had to finally leave the room for getting some cold fresh air. During the night as well, the electricity was fluctuating. Apart from the above, its a good hotel all in all and the rates were reasonable as well. Would recommend a stay at this place.

We had an overnight stay at hotel Ktree On our way to Goa. The hotel is just off the highway and easily accessible. The rooms are large spacious and very comfortable. The bed is Uber comfortable, especially after an entire day of driving. We ordered room service too, though a little slow, the food tasted quite good. The staff of the hotel are very courteous and helpful. A big thanks to front office team.

Hi, very bad hotel. It is zero star hotel. Staff are not at all following covid safety measures. I have seen 4 room to make my self comfortable but not a single room was upto the mark. Smelly washing, unhygienic sofa and bad also very high price. No hotel charge for Airport pickup for Rs. 700 for just 7 km. Such a bad experience. Many of my friend told they stole your luggage and cash.

Hotel staff did warm welcome. Asked me to sit for few mins are room was getting sanitized. I did really love the stay at hotel. The room was clean but had few issues. Rooms service at this hotel is pathetic. I had to call 5 times before I could get an Ashtray in my room. Fittings in the bathroom dont work well. BREAKFAST IS THE PATHETIC BREAKFAST I WOULD HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. There is no buffet breakfast. They ask you to.be sit and then serve you with very few options. Also they made mistake twice after I requested something. I may not visit this hotel again the only reason is that the Breakfast served here was not good at all and I am someone who really loves having Buffet breakfast at hotels. If they start buffet breakfast and make good changes to food I would recommend this Hotel to others.

There is no option for zero stars but this is a zero star hotel.They treat every customer as covid patients.High cost at poor room service, mosquitoes in room, no cleaning of room, highly rude staff,food is garbage.Avoid this hotel try better hotels nearby.

Location of the hotel is better, Rooms are really nice. Well maintained. But Room service is pathetic, I had to call 5 times to ask for a Ash Tray, Food menu was not available, They dont have buffet breakfast, but they do give you unlimited breakfast on order but in restaurant not in room. Tbh this was the worst breakfast Ive ever had. No proper options, no instructions followed while taking order.

Place is decent for business travellers ,but expected better amenities, even small things matters like when u give provision for coffee in room a stirrer shud be provided , secondly the plug sockets were not working. so overall lot of scope to improve

My very first visit to Kolhapur and what a place to crash for night.. They also have a restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar and restaurant.Rooms are well maintained and staff is very courteous . I arrived exactly at 3pm when their restaurant closes but staff made sure I wont be left hungry so asked their chef for a bit of overtime just so that we could finish our lunch.For food lovers I believe every knows what is Kolhapur famous for? Its their Tambada (Red curry from Mutton stock) rassa and Pandhara (White curry from Mutton stock). I tried both for the first time and I wasnt disappointed, both the curries have a variety of health benefits so everyone visiting this place should give it a try.

Room cleaning not done even in this covid 19 scene.Secondly the toilet area was always wet no proper drainage.The handles and taps were shaky needed to be fixed.Room service very poor.Had ordered tea in the evening but was served after one and half hour.Overall would rate 1 star that to for the spacious room.

I had a very bad experience here 2 days back. Went for dinner.. Were not even served basic things like water till we finally asked for it. No glasses, no spoons, no forks on the table. Menu showed a lot of items but when we asked they hasld so less of it. Most of the items were unavailable. Food was moderately warm... Taste was just OK ok!So disappointed with all this. 2 years back the same hotel was really good. Dont know what was wrong now.

The suite has glass walls and doors for the bathroom. for couples it is suitable. for additional person it becomes awkward.

The delicacies served during my stay at Hotel Ktree was simply fabulous. I loved every delicacy that was served to us. !!! Loved it.Overall the hotel ambience is good and the rooms are very spacious with luxury sanitary to make you fall in love during your stay. Id recommend visiting this hotel at any point. Five star to the restaurant!!!

Checkin experience was smoothDates stayed : May 3 and 4, 2018stayed with familyHotel is located in good area and very close to NH4. Room was neat and tidy. Elegance series of rooms have a small sit out area and a separate bedroom. Both the rooms have separate AC. Somehow the temperature contr didnt seem to work in bedroom and was always defaulted to 25. No action was taken even after complaining to front desk. One of the window in sit out room was not closing properly and this had adverse impact on outside noise and hot air entering the room. There was no exhaust fan in bathroom, which is very basic thing to expect.They provide 2 bottles of water bottle (250 ml) , good toiletries and coffee maker. Not sure if they have free WiFi. For the price they charge, am surprised that they dont even have a small refrigerator.Quality of food (restaurant in ground floor) is good. Do try Dal Kichdi and Veg Kolhapuri if you happen to stay here.Response of support staff was very good. Overall a good place for family to stay, but heavily priced for sure. PS: I have attached snaps as proof for the issues mentioned.

Hotel ktree is an excellent Hotel that we have visited many times. The staff are professional and friendly. But this time we attended the sea food festival and it was just fab. What variety of fish were there.We enjoyed every dish of the festival and it was worth coming.

This place is cosy. Menu list is very limited list. Comparing to other places in town this hotel is quite expensive. No many options for food line. Service is best and impressive. You can arrange business meet here but you cant stay here for long meeting.For poetry and romantic mood s this place is not so proper. You cant tune your mind set properly. So better suggest a good coffee place for businessman.

Amazing place to stay in Kolhapur and one of the good parts of this place is that it’s in very accessible from popular joints around. Locally at a good place which allows access to major places in Kolhapur with ease. For example: Mahalaxmi temple is just around 10mins drive on an average. Pizza, dining, ice cream parlours are just 1-2min walk away.Rooms are clean and well managed. Staff is very friendly. In room services can be improved. Only thing that I found that could be improved is the Hot water, which takes time to pop up.

Pathetic service. Takes more than one hour to serve you the wrong order. Hardly u get correct order. It is getting pathetic and the management is not concerned about it. Will never recommend anyone infact will stop everyone to go there. Go only if you are interested in wrong order being served and that too after agonising wait. Too worst of services. Juices ordered are served after the meals. Had been a regular here but no more.

After a long journey, i took a pit stop at kolhapur.Got a good real with goibibo. The stay was perfect at this hotel. Clean and tidy rooms.spacious and comfortable rooms with quality bedding. washroom is equipped with necessary toileteries. Food was good. The buffet breakfast had limited spread, but that was ok as the taste was good. staff is well spoken and prompt.over all a good relaxing pitstop and definetily relaxing.

Good hotel to stay well made interiors but should be maintained well as we booked the suite and it had this paint near the floor skirting coming off . Also same was the case with the wallpapers. Toilets were decent.The restaurant served basic breakfast but it was tasty and good.Staff was good and cooperative.

Nice Gazal Evening.Yesterday we dine at Maharashtra Express Restaurant. we suprised there was Gazal Function at Terrace venue.Gazal Music was nice. Food was also authentic.Yesterday we tried Mutton Raan. Very Tasty Dish & Preparation.Definately Recommended.

Its conveniently located near the main road. Around 3 kms from mahalakshmi temple. Very near to the dyp mall as well.room was comfortable and modern with lcd tv. Internet was ok how ever wifi was a bit spotty. We booked a super deluxe room. The corner room 203 is next to the service elevator and housekeeping area, so a bit noisy. Bathroom was quite modern.Cleanliness could be improved. The bedsheets were a bit stained. The toilet werent too clean. Toiletries were provided and any room service was quick. Parking space is available. The parking attendant is extremely helpful.There is a in house restaurant although we didnt try it. Breakfast was decent and mostly indian and quite good.

Nice budget hotel for family and corporate also. Try authentic kolhapuri food here. Tambda pandhra rassa, biryani and veg items are superb here.Furniture color in rooms needs to be changed, since rooms looks dull, but you need to see carefully at furniture texture to understand its real color.Parking is limited but very cooperative staff

We stayed there on NYs eve in the Deluxe AC room. Was very neat, had all the necessities for a good stay. Staff was great and helpful. Since it was NYs eve, the dinner menu was limited. Starters were Ok, but the main course was very good. Breakfast buffet had 6 items - combination of local and south indian dishes, including eggs & toast option. Everything was yummylicous. All in all, a great stay !
