The experience was awesome. room was very neat and clean. most importantly they provide 24×7 hot water. they dont have restaurant but its 5min. distance away from hotel gokul one of the tastiest hotel in kolhapur so dont worry you can go there and have mouth watering dishes. The hotel being managed by young boys so they are very supportive. keep it up great experience.

Hotel Darshan , at Kolhapur in Vasant Vihar Area is not at all worth staying.we have booked A/c deluxe suite for 3 , which was not at all deluxe suit, only one plastic chair was in room , bed ok.. room size small & it was like converted from some old property. everywhere pillars were there. bathroom not that good suitable to deluxe suite which was at rate .parking available its written but we had to park our Honda City on road. No Restaurant available in hotel. Hot water was not available at 9 am, so in my opinion they need to improve a lot

I booked it online. The hotel itself is good. The staff is helpful. I got room on last floor as requested. But The room was not well lit. Also there was algi on the wall. It wasnt giving good feel. Also the room was smaller than expected.

The outer appearance of hotel is very simple but the rooms were astonishingly great and seems to be like in a 4 star hotel. Rooms were maintained very neat and tidy. The bathroom was very tidy.. The hotel is budget hotel. Rooms are small but they are neat and clean. Staff and their service is good. They will give towel, soap and shampoo. From this hotel Mahalaxmi temple is at 1.5km. Auto charges are 40-60 rs.

Good place to stay for. Clean rooms. Clean washrooms. The water served is not good in taste that’s the reason I reduced one star. All else is good. Good hygiene.

Excellent services by hotel staff. Rooms are small but well maintained. They have breakfast options so worth a try but minimum options on menu. They only have idli and poha along with milk tea and coffee, so plan accordingly. They dont have in house kitchen. Rates are moderate

It was a wonderful experience at hotel. The atmosphare on the top of the hotel was awesome, when i went up for breakfast.I believe they fed my with all the hospitality one can imagine to have at a hotel.

Staff misbehaved in the middle of the night. We were travelling from banglore to Pune by own car and were dead tired. We decided to halt at kohlapur to catch some sleep but guy at reception ruined our night and we couldnt sleep properly. He was adamant that my husbands IDs were fake but his counterparts were satisfied with all the IDs. Just because my husbands name is Aadhar he was adamant that we have wrong IDs. . He refused us the hotel accommodation after we booked and when i tried to cancel as it was a non refundable deal ,I wasnt getting anything back.  But the other guy at the reception somehow understood the situation and we had to submit my husbands work ID by which they were somehow convinced. Overall we didnt use any amenity just tried to take some rest and left early morning. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Decent place in a hear of City n at 1km distance from temple.parking can be an issue (as I could see parking space barely for 2 4 wheelers)..best thing was number of eating options nearby..may it be for dinner or brkfast..eating options nearby

Even though we were booked room, the staff hold us at reception for around 20 minutes as room was not ready. May be they have not reserved the room for us. They have managed it on the spot because of which the delay was there. Everything else was ok. Nice hotel.

Rooms are neat and clean with good ambience and good service but not very spacious. The location is also very good and near to market as well as railway station. But they dont have restaurant, so food will be ordered from outside and provided but yeah they cook breakfast (only). Price is very good.

Hotel is not up to mark. We booked 3 rooms. In one of the room light has loose connection. So it was blinking alot. Room size is good. Cleanliness is good. But they do not lift. No inhouse restaurant. There was no hot water in tap. Although they arrange it after calling receptionist. They tried to resolve our concerns. But that is not what we expect from good hotel. It was not Hussle free experience. We could have get good hotel in same price with good service and good amenities. Will not recommend this hotel.

Very neet and clean for the price

The location of hotel is good for some one unfamiliar with Kolhapur , locals however may be unfamiliar with the hotel. The hotel has been recently renovated and lift was under construction hence major inconvenience to reach rooms and get the luggage up . The rooms are shockingly small in size for the rent charged. No parking space is big turn off as it is located in busy street. The staff was however cordial and restaurant had decent food.The reception staff was not very cordial to my foreigner friend from US and created great obstacles in admitting him inspite of prior reservations. They did not have adequate forms for his paperwork.

Good hotel located within walkable distance from Kolhapur Railway Station, to Maha Lakshmi Temple it is 3 km far. If we book through MMT they will book it as a 3 bedded Rooms and after check in they will provide only for doubles, Rooms are fine with clean wash room but they will provide hotwater for the first day next day its our luck, service is very average, lift installation is going on.

One of the best places to stay in Kolhapur. Located in the heart of city, well connected by rail and road as both station and bus stand are nearby. Great hospitality and highly polite staff. Also market and Famous Kolhapur Mahalakshmi Temple is at a walkable distance of 10 minutes.
