Hi, the most fabulous decision in my life is to join Talwalkars, Kolhapur. I was almost 98 kg when I joined and about to hit a century of weight and after two and half months I have lost almost 11Kg within two and half months that too without starvation. The trainers staff possess excelent knowledge especially, my personal Trainer Mr. Siddharth Sir trained me meticulously in vaious exercises. Dietician Mr. Vruttika Lonari Mam prescribed excellent diet plans since the beginning which not only helped me to loose weight but also to develop my metabolism. The environmnent in this gym is very professional.The equipments are of excellent quality and are adequate to accomodate multiple users. The hygine maintained in bathrooms, steam rooms, and washrooms is excellent.The gym administration is excellent and the admin. as well as support staff is very helpful. Last but not the least I feel that all this package come in a price which does not burn a hole in your pocket. EXCELLENT GYM in Kolhapur. Thanks and Regards.
