Nippon Toyota is one of the best dealers of Toyota in Kerala and as we all know that Toyota is one brand which values their customers. For that to happen the dealers play a significant role, i must say that the staff is very well informed and they are always on time. We wanted to test drive the new fortuner and since they had only 1 vehicle for the entire Kerala it was pretty tough but they managed to give us the test as soon as possible the vehicle was available. The details and everything was communicated very professionally. Overall i had a really good experience and they also provide good after sales services too. There is ample car parking spaces and good location.

We bought a Glanza from there. The delivery agent was so professional. All was well explained. The waiting lounge is spacious, cozy and provided with free beverages. Overall the architecture and interior is also fine.

One of the big show room and service center. It was very good earlier . Now major center is in kalamaserry . So the stress is a bit less. employees are good and professional . Some of them are lousy. Cost is on higher side . Servicing is good but some time if major part goes missing it gets delayed by couple of days .

Be careful while dealing with used car division of Nippon Toyota @ Nettoor. Make sure that they give proof of ownership transfer post sale of vehicle. In my case, I m still looking for resolution from Nippon regarding misuse of the car I sold to them. Spoke to Customer service manager and used car division manager, but that has not yielded any result. Customer issue resolution seems to be last on their priority list

They offer friendly and respectful customer service. Everything is scheduled and organized in the most perfect way down to the last detail. I saw that they keep a shelf with records of vehicles that have booked for service even 3 days prior to the booked date, all sorted and organized.They have a very comfortable customer lounge, where you can actually see your car being serviced with and back towards really comfortable cushion. Plenty of magazines, newspapers, drinking water even coffee and wifi are freely available in the lounge.

Treat a Customer as Toyota does..From the gates itself we an feel the warmth and professional care to a customer.. courteous, helpful staff with listening ears... elaborate waiting hall with magazines, TV, and coffee vending machine... Kudos to Nippon Toyota..

It has been a good experience in terms of service for my Toyota vehicle for 6 years now. Their srcive schedule and eta is fairly good. One curious thing about service there is almost every time I give for service there is an entry in the bill for replacement of a fused rear lamp and I had never noticed a fused bulb. Everything is good otherwise, but I suggest poeple to check if fused rear lamp comes in their bill too all the time.

The customer-service is worth a mention. The location and premises are well kept. The procedures all went pretty fast and it was a satisfying experienc.

Very poor experience. No proper followup. Its a turnoff for a prospective buyer.
