Loved the vibe of this place. Went here for an audio system for my old car, and I was very happy with what I got. The technicians were quick at their job and very professional, and found solutions for all the compatibility niggles of older cars. Im going to go back here for an upgrade as soon as I can. Special thanks to Muneem who personally set up the system and tuned the sound for my kind of music. Overall lovely experience.

Good place for car accessories. Mohammed and Faisal manages the store and has good technicians around. Plan your day and it is recommended that you reach early and do the selection. Head units range are available and Mohammed is the right person who will explain the details of the product. I had been to this store for a HU change and the technician was Maneesh for the installation and the fine tuning by Mohammed.

All I have to say is you will get premium quality work with feasible rate. I have done my seat , door pad leather works and panel coloring in galaxy for my Nexon. They did a superb work with quality n perfection. Went there for first time,but surprised by their work.

Overpriced and refused to hand over the bill for the wipers of Skoda Laura which costed me 2600Rs for a pair, their attitude towards you is unhealthy and not welcoming at all.

Over-all an amazing experience. Did a clean work and listened to what exactly I wanted. Couple of them stayed through their lunch break which was really nice of them. The price was a bit high BUT isnt it better to pay a bit more and get an amazing and clean work than save a few bucks and get it done bad. Thank you Guys🙂

Bad shop i have ever gone for doing car accessories.I go here to do some works for my new car(nexon).I go there on 10:30.They says that they will start work soon but on 2:00pm they not started work.very disappointed of their service and price is too high.The owner also compares about the accessories which i done from other shop.They says that the accessories i done from other shops were so poor quality. owners behaviour also too bad.He is not talking to customers and he is not asking what the customer want.not recommended.But the workers behaviour is good who came from RD company to do central look and rear power window.

One of my friend referred this place for an android system, reverse camara etc... for my car. He promised me less price, but he charged me 14000 for Hamaan android system, 1400 for its panel, 2500 for a normal reverse camara. I thought its reasonable and referred other friend, but he taken the estimate from other shop and he got an estimate of 12500 for same system with panel, difference is around 3000. For reverse camara 1200,but I paid 2500 for normal reverse camara, more than double price. Overall he charged me around 5000 extra than other shops. I have taken quote from more than 7 shops now, nowhere estimated this much. So dont waste ur money. See his comment below, not able to reply or post new comment, my question is that is he selling a gold product without gst bill other than other shops do? U done this for a friend who given u lot of work, then what will be u doing to the customers without coming any reference?

Worst place to visit.went to do some extra fittings.Very bad behaviour from the team, especially from the owner. They did some wire tampering in my vehicle. When i complaint about this they said its normal.My vehicle already had some extra fittings done from other accessories shop.I didnt ask anything about the product, but they started comparison of my stuffs which was done from other place & what they are selling.That very moment i mentally decided not to do anything from them & never recommend them to anyone.They quoted me unrealistic prices to me.Beware of the stuffs they do, it may affect the warranty of our vehicles.

I was there at their facility last month, and I went there seeing these reviews. I think they are overrated.1. Their knowledge is limited. We cant trust them to provide an end to end solution. Better to do your own research about your vehicle and devices.2. They cut the original cabling on the car, voiding my warranty. They had promised that they wouldnt touch the original wiring.3. Overpriced. The device they sold me was selling at 5000 rupees lesser on Amazon.

Had very good experience with Galaxy. Visited other accessory shops around kochi to connect steering mounded controls for creta. Some accessories shop told its not feasible to connect controls. Others gave higher price, Galaxy gave me the best price and advised me what to fit and not to fit in the vehicle. Best place in town for any car accessories and friendly owner as well who is having vast experience in the field.

Staff and management are not professional and not friendly to customers. They dont even look into our eyes and talk, and it seems like if u want do orelse get out, that kind of attitude. I personally dont like the owners attitude, who is always on phone not even bothering the customers. So, as a well-wisher and a brother I am suggesting the owner to make the staff and yourself little more customer friendly and make a positive vibe there. Dont simply argue with the customers for the cost. If possible, give some sort of discounts for customers which are being referenced by your previous customers

Too expensive. Dont go there. I was ripped off for just fitting a bumper lip. The charged me 400rs for just 5 mins fitting work. I asked around at normal workshop and they will charge only 100rs for the same fitting.

Went to buy and fit fog lamp and do flooring.Fog lamp was connected improperly. Battery drained twice and when i went to correct mistake made by them, again they charged for correcting their mistake. Flooring is also bad.. no perfection.. worst experience!

Good car accessories store. I had bought a lot of accessories from them. The owner was so helpful and he ensured it was done as early as possible.

I know it is useless to provide review here, but I am forced to mark so. A bunch of personals came up to exploit car lovers. Buy something and get the hell out of there” this is their attitude. Second all items here is charged 4 or 5 times extra than market rates. You will find it yourself if you don’t believe. Nothing extra or special about their workers, normal which you can find in other places. Some of the idiots got rude attitude and some got slow response as they think themselves as a millionaire. And final, you will find most of the accessories here in other car shops as well. That’s Cochin.Never recommended.

Has got quite a nice collection of alloys and other car accessories. Had to find a good parking spot nearby.

Their fitment is slightly better because they dont know thoroughly about the connectors and how to connect the fitment accessory to the power. Their working style is also below standard. Im writing this from my experience with them. I gave my new vehicle for the fitment and they connected wrongly and carelessly and damaged one company fitted part too without any excuse. I didnt feel any responsibility.

Unreasonable cost for the accessories and unprofessional workmanship! Bought a pair of windshield wiper of silicon material of some unknown brand that costed 800 rs, which was available for 300 rs from amazon. Neither were the staff aware of the size of the wiper that would fit my car nor were they bothered to check the same before fitting, thus having to go with a trial and fix method of fitting.

If there was an option to rate below 1 star, I would have done that. Theyre a bunch of idiots who dont know anything.I went there for installing steering cover and to my bad luck there came an idiot who doesnt even know how to open the steering. After some sort of drama, this guy removed somehow and took it to their Godown for the stitching. Initially, they told me it would take only 1.5 hours and it almost took nearly 2.5 hours to get the job done.After that, it was time for installation and it was the same guy who removed who was onto installation. To be frank he dont know anything. He pressed the steering part very carelessly and the clip behind broke. At first, I didnt understand it was broke but I realized it once I tried the Honking. It was not as smooth as before.The moment I told them the issue, they were like I am mad. Next Day, I took my vehicle to the authorized service center and they confirmed it was broken.In order to get it repaired, it would cost me around INR 6000- 7000.00All this had happened because of the unskilled labours and the stupid owner of the Shop.They dont even know how to deal with customers

Great experience. Muneem, Mohammed and the gang, oh my, arent they crazy? Well they are in what they do to make you happy. I have done my Hexa audio upgrade there. What I liked is their passion about what they do. Audio upgrade is not something you can get it done in one go. Therefore you need a competent installer with patience for listening to finer points of the sound and then spend time for exploring various permutations and combinations until you are satisfied. Hats off to Muneem and Mohammed, unassuming they might look, but these guys know their marbles more than well. Keep it up

We had approached this shop for running boards for our new volvo XC90. The owner promised that he can arrange the same within a month for which he sought an advance of Rs 25000 to confirm the order. We paid the advance sometime in April 2016. Regular followups as to the availability yielded responses like it is coming within a week, it is in transit and finally the running boards have arrived but without fitting clips. Since they were not in a position to source the material, even after 3 and a half months, we requested for refund of the amount which they promised to do by NEFT. Till date, we are yet to receive the part or the refund. Coolly sitting over our money. No courtesy even to inform the reasons for the delay in refund. This is the least we expected from a shop which boasts itself as the no: 1 car accessory dealer in Ernakulam. we hope after seeing this review, they will be kind enough to send the refund immediately.
