Very good place to stay, clean and felt homely. The staffs were nice and helpful. The cheapest option was good enough for me, because I stayed only for a night. room seemed small but completely fine for the price.Would definitely recommend this place!

Rooms are much smaller than expected from seeing photos. Also the cash recipient is bit greedy ( not sure its owner or worker)First they told price around 600 then after i reached there in midnight they increased it by hundred on the same room. They said its a different one but No. Its the same one that enquired with 2beds. I think theyre pretty sure i have no other option at that time ( midnight) So he use me in demand. Its okay :)ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION WIFI SIGNAL WILL NOT REACH IN YOUR ROOM , MOST OF THEM.

Neat room worth the money you pay

This is an economical place to stay, owners seem to be adjusting and accommodative. I would say, not to expect much hospitality like that of a star hotel. Price seemed to be reasonable and have lot of money saving options, as in you can even opt for rooms without tv which reduces the rental charges by Rs. 75 per day. Facilities like public transport, restaurants, medical shops, supermarkets, etc are nearby as well.

A tourist home located near Alinchuvadu Junction, near Padivattom. I will really appreciate them for the extra effort they are taking for keeping this property clean and neat as same as our home. The demerits of this property is the size of the room - its small especially the bathroom is too small. The cleanliness is the best part which moves them in the midst of the competitive market I believe.

The worst service ever!..Turned down a booking at 4am after reaching the property. This was after getting a confirmation of the room in email. Plus was chargee rs 150.00 extra from the booked amount. To top it all, was asked to leave the same day at noon!. Cant hv experienced a more worse consideration right in the morning.

Rate is very cheap compared to other hotels. Room size is small and no parking space also. But it is located near bye pass and easily accessible. No restaurant is there and we have to get down for tea or food. Very homely atmosphere and run by a family. Just like a service apartment. Both Ac rooms and non Ac rooms are available there.

A nice budget stay on a calm street close to the edappally highway area of Ernakulam. The main advantage is the clam, relaxed and patient persons of management. If you are looking for a really budget stay, you may for this!

I had an amazing stay at this place at very low rate.The place is impeccably clean and well maintained.The owner was very courteous and even helped me at midnight for getting some emergency medicines.I highly recommend this property in the budget category and thanking pleasant inn for a wonderful stay.

Very bad service and bad behaviour of staff.The rooms are overly priced and not upto mark.the service are very bad.The hotel owner was shouting at us when we asked him to open the door at 5:40 in the morning so that we could go for a walk.the owner made us wait at the front gate for 40 mins just to open the main door.He had no respect for the customer.

The worst experience I have ever received is from here... Went to book a room and the way the owner behaved and blamed us and said bad things, we left at that moment only... We just asked help to take the luggage to 4th floor as there is no lift... And the reply was that they are not servant to take care of their guest... And started saying bad words... We closed our mouth and ear and left... That place is not pleasant guys, take it seriously....

Very poorNo room service. Have to pay 100 rs extra for just a 10inch very bad tv in ur room though its not mentioned in booking website.And the rules there are crazy and insulting.No tv after 11 pm. Main door will lock at 10 pm. Etc. Its against anyones dignity to pay money to be treated with such disrespect. No respect to u as a customer.Bed was hard and irritating and theres nothing else in the room to talk about.NOT WORTH IT. IF THEY FEEL LIKE IMPROVONG THEY SHOULD FEEL HOW TO ADDRESS TO AND TREAT UR CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT

Worst rooms, v v small and dirty.A small family is maintaining with least budget. No Room boys, no proper chairs,table etc. V arrogant family. Never prefer this Inn, their bill shows it is paying guest accommodation and they argue that we should not ask for basic amenities. Particularly family stay will suffer.

I stayed in this hotel between 17th may 2018 and 18th may 2018. I would like to share some of my experiences so that it may help you to book rooms in your future trips.1) With respect to hotel locality its fine. You dont require to face any problem in finding this hotel.2) With respect to services provided I am disappointed. I reached around 8 pm with my family. I asked hot water to the owner for refreshment. He said, we have only one solar water tank of 500 liters capacity. If I open it then it will be available to all rooms which creates problems for other guests in the morning.SoI cant provide right now. I cant able to accept this answer. Particularly a place like Kerala the climate is chill. We need hot water for bath. Moreover its the individual wish to take bath at any time. Its the responsibility of the owner to provide basic facility to the guests without listing any reasons like this. The room services also will be available between 7 am and before 9.pm.3. With respect to hygiene I am totally upset with the hotel. The moment we entered in the family room I have noticed some unpleasant smell in the room. My kids stated climbing up the bed for taking rest as they were looking tired of journey. They made complaint about itching on linen cloth provided as a bed cover. Later I too realised. But it was all happened in the initial hours. We didnt find any discomfort at the later stage. Similarly when we opened the TV cub board we sensed some unpleasant pungent smell came out from the cub board. I was totally fedup with the hygiene aspect of the hotel.4. My driver was making complaint that he struggled for morning needs during the early hours of 18th may. But I will not support my adrivers act towards the owner as it was not acceptable to anyone. I am asking apologies for the harsh words he used at the owner. It was wrong. But the owner has to understand that some of the needs like toilet needed urgent care and must be solved immediately. I think that might be the cause for the undesirable incident in the morning. Overall its a bad stay I wish to forget in my life. Nothing more than that.
