I experienced their Cafe or restaurant one or two times. It was good for me. But one thing I wanna suggest them, they have lot to improve in customer service. The problem I found here is that, there are many people around there but there is no one if we call somebody.The workers should be trained enough otherwise we build customer one side but the customer will not try again to come there.I don’t know much about their retail shop inside. It is decorated very well and I think the customer relationship there is much far better.

Very nice place with out dooring seating & enjoy varieties of tasty fruit juices, Smoothies, Shake, Mojitos, Burgers, Ice Chai, Kol Kopi, Delights, Pasta, Wraps, Sandwiches, Ice creams, Breakfasts & Lunch items. Here the cafeteria attached with a supper market with imported items chocolates, dates, saffron, dry vegetables, spices...etc.

Amazing joint with lots of exciting stuffs inside. U will take days to taste and enjoy the wide variety of snacks, juices and tea options. Truly malabar style. Authentic dry fruits available many of them imported. Good service. Staffs are friendly helpful and polite.

The food is good and value for money.. But they can improve the ambiance by opting things for good aroma as the kitchen wash area etc are nearby...

One of the last havens of good meaty shawarmas with Tahina sauce :’)They did regrettably start cutting it with cabbage recently but I suppose it’s the only way to stay competitive these days... **sigh**

Their spice shop is amazing. The cafe is meh at best. Most often than not, burnt food. Sloppy service in the cafe but amazing camaraderie in the spice shop. Their spice shop is like Alibabas cave. Lol. The only good thing in the cafe though are the Sandwich range

I ordered an Oreo shake and Sharjah..the taste of Sharjah was ok..but I got so many plastics from the shake(cover of packed milk)..got around 9-12 plastic pieces..I dont know about the taste of other foods,but the overall ambience and hygiene is not so good..will never recommend this place.

I have eated kabsa biriyani from watheen for 100 rupees, but in zomato I can see its rate is 170, its without delivery charge. Really shocked rate become higher if delivery charge is added, if you want eat kabsa or biriyani please go directly.. never order from zomato

Chillspot happen around kochi which conducts open mics for aspiring artists who can come and perform music, dance etc. Cafe watheen is the first venue who were generous enough to give them the opportunity and space to conduct this event. Looking forward for an amazing Valentines day event. This place has amazing food and other eatables. Do come and check this place out.

This place is on the way from kaloor to pottakuzhi near sbi atm. Place is easily noticeable from public traffic. During night its light up with beautiful led lights its very good views to see. Place have several types of dried fruits where we can select the product and measure as much as we wanted and pay for that. The place is well maintained and cleanliness is 100% as far i have seen.
