Good and safe place to stay with family or as bachlers..one two and three bhks are available with 24 hrs electricity and water supply. Its just 650 meters from infopark and super markets are available nearby..nice restaurants salons are also available nearby .. fully furnished semi furnished and unfurnished flats are available for rent with a resonanable cost.

I will give the locality a plus... Because of shops and bus route... But the flat construction is very poor... There is water retention in the building and the walls start chipping, no matter how much new paint they have applied. The staff are rude to u most of the time too. But then if u r temporarily looking for a place to stay, it is ok. Please DO NOT opt for long term stay...U might get lung infection from the paint chipping and bad plumbing... The 1BHK houses are too small and they charge u a huge rent, just because it is located at a conveyance available area....

The flat is good but had to face very bad experience from our house owner..I stayed with my cousin in Chakolas Orange park B block 10 th floor furnished 1BHK . The house owner was very annoying . At the time of vacating the room they showed truest cheap behavior and their absolute uncultured manners. Upon using the house for a year, it is natural that there will be some dust accumulating on the walls and there might be some small scratches happening on something. they will try to cheat you by saying that walls and taps have become very dirty and will require extra painting and new bathroom taps. Also for tiny scratches, they will put heavy penalties on you. Even after the cleaning staffs cleaned the house, they were not satisfied and they demaded cleaning of stains on the pipes(due to hard water) .For cleaning the house they charged extra 1500. And what is worse is that, the very same electrical appliance which you got it repaired/replaced at the time of joining the house, they will notoriously say that it used to work better when the house was given to you. Also pls check the agreement correctly. They will charge you for something missing from the house (shoe rack which was not there in the house) which was mentioned in the agreement that you didnt even bother to read. So guys pls take a photo of the house and check if all appliances are there in the house and they are working fine at the time of shifting. All the best !!!

Its a residential complex at Edachira road, Kakkanad. Good place to stay with family. Parking space is available. Located near to Edachira Junction. 2-3 Shopping marts are very nearby from this place. Restaurants are available nearby. Edachira Junction is the market area and you will get everything here.Overall nice place to stay.
