Very bad Experience.Send few boxes from Noida to Cochin on 20/10/2020 12:00:00 AM. But they move the material from Noida only on 22/10/2020 03:14:05 PM after the escalation from my side. Last 3 days material in Tamil Nadu State not move to Kerala. They provide only toll free number to contact them. They are not providing correct details or comment about delivery / reason for delay. Due to this i lost my business. Really bad Experience.

Couriered my bike from chandigarh to kochi. Although it took more than 20 days due to the floods. The packing was perfect. Not s single damage to bike.

Pathetic service by this particular branch , haven’t faced issues from other branches(Vijawada , Trivandrum).Safe express has a reputation of providing good services ,and trustworthy. Its my third time using the services from various cities but Kochi branch has been pathetic, my consignment has been received at hub , which is just 5 km from the delivery location ,was there for two days but wasn’t delivered, called twice the customer for escalating the same but in vain.
