I approached M&G for Canada PR I had already reached age 35.At first, she[Ashwaty] told me I am eligible for the express entry, and since from IT background and having more experience, I will definitely get selected via express entry. Even if rare case, I didnt get that, I will definitely get through provisional entry.Believing these, I started processing everything, gave my document and all proofs, got WES certificate, and finally got the IELTS with 7.5 score. They entered these in the express-entry pool and later found that my score was 100 points behind the actual.When asked about it with them, they said to write IELTS again and score more as it is the only thing we can do to increase the score.I did some investigation from my side, and found that even if I get 9 in IELTS, it would be still 50 points back.They just say fake information and brainwash us to apply for PR. Either they dont have any idea of the eligibility or they are doing it to get their fees.Now I have lost a lot of money believing them.Untrustworthy people, who doesnt even follow up and we have to call them always to know the updates.[Just needed to add to based on the below comments that, I had applied long before the pandemic and it doesnt have anything to get impacted. Only thing is that I posted it very late. Moreover you didnt mentioned anything about the age criteria while applying initially. You could have said that and I wouldnt have wasted those money and time. The score had not much change since the day of my registration till my file got expired.]
