I have stayed here on Aug 12 & 13 for attending a function. Good Rooms. Good Food. Best services. Staff team very cordial to customers. Function Hall is also good. Large car parking area added advantage. In this pandemic time also they are trying to give best services.

A good decent hotel with all basic amenities and attentive staff. I had organized a small event here as well booked room for a friend. Both times I faced no troubles. The rooms are really good and the event area was also well managed.

They have a restaurant inside the hotel itself. A good option to conduct small functions. Staff is very friendly and their service is satisfying.

With very high density of traffic and the hotel situated Right on the road, getting in and out is a drivers challenge. If you are not a local you would not know of the huge parking area by the side of the hotel across the side road. The toilet for males were clean but ladies complained of dirty toilets. The bucket kept for tissue paper was overflowing. The restaurant floor was sticky , may be they had used too much of disinfectant.Food was tasty, served hot by a courteous steward. But the service was terribly slow.. so if you are in a hurry, think twice . If you have time to spend try.

The hotel Location is very good and easily accessible but room intercom is not working and hot water is not coming in the washroom and temperature is not maintained

Splendid food, ambience and serviceHad a family get together at Restaurant in classic fortI was accompanied by my wife, mom and sister and there at the restaurant two cousins joined us with family to celebrate my mom’s birthday.The food was out of this world! We had chicken biriyani (mist flavorsome one in Kochi I should say), rice, Prawn curry, one special mango curry (it was the highlight of the lunch) and aviyal with rice. Everyone enjoyed the food. The service part was indeed flawless. He was there ready to serve us, yet totally not interfering with the fun that we had.

Covid has played havoc with this relatively new hotel,they are running on skeletal.staff and that can be seen in the general.upkeep and service..the guy who was there is trying his best to manage the few customers coming in

Good place for family functions and business meets. There are multiple function halls for different sizes of gatherings. The restaurant at ground floor serves good food, both veg and non-veg. Prices are a little high though. Breakfast buffet offers limited options, but with both Kerala cuisine as well as continental.Rooms are cozy and well maintained. Staff are helpful and well behaved.

Has had meals at this place before. But today we organised a lunch get together for 25-30 people. Food was simply classic but delicious. Palada payasam was sweet enough just to hit the right spot after a nice meal. Sooraj George - manager of the restaurant was courteous and professional through out the process (organising, booking & accommodating my guests needs). Will definitely use their business for future needs. Thank You.

Went for a wedding function.They were systematic in registering the names of guests and strictly keeping a count of 50 sticking to the Covid protocol.

Spacious and good ambience. The buffet lunch is also great at the function hall.

One of the best and inexpensive 4star rated hotel with restaurant around Kochi though not too far. Its in Gandhi square, Thripunithara so no kinds of booze available. Huge vallet parking. Very neat and clean interiors and washrooms. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Very easy to notice from traffic. All types of cards are accepted for payment. Mostly famous for its biriyani festival in its restaurant though lunch fish curry meals too good. Also many varieties of Kanji (rice soup) available here. Ambience inside out too good. So females and children can enjoy here safely and securely. You can also enjoy shopping in the very nearby Nucleus mall also enjoy a movie at Pan cinemas in the same mall.

The buffet lunch was too good. I am malayalee residing in Bangalore. The taste of each curries were extremely authentic. Tani naadan :)I didnt feel like I was having from a restaurant. It was nothing less than what my mom would prepare at home. I was there with my fiancee on her birthday. She was also super happy with the food and we are looking forward to visit again :)

The rooms are spacious, comfy and the location is on the road. You can find this hotel easily. Do not forget to take complimentary breakfast from here if you are staying. They serve delicious food.

My family stayed at the classic fort for a day and it was a great experience for all of us. The rooms were all in excellent condition. The food was excellent and the staff had taken good care of us and the kids.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Everything is reachable within a kilometre radius. At the very same time the hotel is situated away from the chaotic atmosphere of Trippunithura centre which is a big relief for the visitors of this hotel. Adequate parking area, wheelchair accessible entrance, restaurant , more than two mini halls etc are provided. Staff are also friendly. The tariff is also attractive.

A main landmark at gandhi square junction. Its a very nice place for family dining, and small functions as they have a medium conference hall. Ample parking is available. Restaurant serves nice food.

Nice 4 star hotel

Stay was great. We were on vacation and enjoyed the stay to The fullest. Food was great, although the items were not much. Front Desk people and the staff in the restaurant were kind. Overall, we were much satisfied with the hotel.

The best thing about this restaurant is the foods that they serve is quite unique from the category. The dish serving is very amazing moreover the dish looks good. They have parking space which is quite small for the people coming here. They have pretty decent hall. However the price is a little bit high and taste is not that amazing.

I went here for an engagement. The party hall was pretty cool for a small event. They had offered buffet which tasted quite good. And from that experience I assume that the food served there would be tasty.

One of the best food paradise in kochi. a huge verities of Northindian cusine. Murgh rashida is awesome.. We loved the time spend thr.. Definity look to visit again and again. Good work team.. 👍

This is a very value for money property - I had to pay just 1000 bucks. sleep quality was good. split AC was powerful. large LCD. Washroom needs a small refreshment. Guys at the reception are very courteous and attentive. Hotel doesnt have restaurant.

Location is accessible but in the middle of a crowded junction. Good parking lot though. Service is fine but there was slight confusion throughout the event. Couldnt provide a wheelchair during emergency. Other than that. All good.

Pros - Very good hotel in a nice location. Staff were extremely helpful and always greet you witha smile.Cons - Room amenities including AC needs a rework and also when we entered the room there was a mild smell of Alcohol mixed with Cigarette 😑 Eventually it went off though.And you will always hear the noise in the corridor in your rooms and some noise cancellation will help

Hotel is good but room service is poor... They wont even provide drinking water as compliment. I used to buy water from a near by shop.And told they dont have RO water also..

Nice restaurant and friendly staff. Good food reasonably priced.But on the afternoon of 31st December 2017 when we revisited the restaurant for lunch the staff made us feel most unwelcome. They said that since they were preparing for the year-end bash, most items on the menu could not be served. Thats bad attitude

Poor customer service

I’d stoped by to have lunch at Classik Fort about a month back. It was not overcrouded. We waited for a minimum of 10 minutes for someone to come take the order. Even tried approaching the waiter to give the order. We understood it is not worth our time and money to receive such a treatment and left. I hope the management will stop this from happening to other customers.

Hotel was superb but hospitality was good but can be improved. They delayed in every service. Few staffs were not able to understand able to understand either English or Hindi. Rooms were very clean but bathroom was little dirty and leakage was also there in the toilet seat.
