Great place for buying books. All major titles are available at this store. The ambience is quite soothing, and their collection is well organized (just like any other Crossword store). Located snuggly in the heart of Panampilly Nagar, and has ample parking space around.Charges for the carry bags though, which seems a tad unnecessary.

Best chain of bookstores in the city.Note:- You can just pick up a book, sit in a corner and read to your hearts content.Staff are friendly & supportive, will guide and help you to get the desired.Except for the price, if they could offer occasional discounts it would be too good.

The go-to place for kids books and toys. There are adults books and stationery as well, but havent experienced it to be sufficient. Considering that it works well for kids, its costly and the quality is definitely good. This store in Panampilly Nagar is conveniently located, and getting some parking is also not difficult.

Yesterday i went there to buys some toys. But i was extremely disappointed that they dont have much of the collection. Previously the old crossword located near manaorama junction had some cool collection of toys. But this one dont. I have to say my review here is purely based on what i expected and what fell short in the toys dept.

The book collection they have is really good but if you are looking for a series, some of the books may not be available. They have a good collection of curios, games and journals. I love spending time there and they have arranged everything in a orderly manner which makes books easy to find.

A great place for a book lover to spend some quality time. The collection is always current with most of the best sellers. Can consider segregation of a few genres especially Humour. Finding a good humorous book can be little tricky.

Excellent place for books and gifts. Though the price of gifts are on the higher side,it is worth the price as many of these items are imported and the quality is impeccable. The staff are very cordial, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Crossword at Panampilly Nagar, near Manorama, is one of the top book shops in Cochin. One can definitely expect a good experience in a Crossword outlet, but this one a notch above the rest of Crossword outlets Ive visited. The place is calmer, and brighter. Even if you are not really a book-buyer, one can frequent this place and read for sometime (though thats not what Id recommend :)).

Amazing place to relax and find the books you need. I personally have a soft corner to this place. It has been the one place i can be myself since childhood. A good vibe. And its the only place i could find Atticus poetry. Twice!!! The newest book The truth about magic was also there. Just call up before hand in case the stock is over.

Nice neighbourhood bookstore. But they ought to have more variety in their inventory of comics & greeting cards.

One of the best outlets I have visited. Its a franchisee and therefore the membership cards dont work here. They have almost all of the recent additions on fiction and no fiction especially in English and they keep it regularly updated. However, the Malayalam section could be made more contemporary. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would also suggest adding a coffee counter. Wonderful for book lovers!

Crossword is a great place for any bookworms or someone looking for good quality toys and writing instruments . The place is great , and the lighting does provide the place a good and calm ambience , which makes you feel to just sit down and read . But here is a minor hitch : there isnt much seating for you to sit and read.this is a small negative , for I have been to other bookstores that do provide sufficient seating. But thats really just a charming idiosyncrasy compared to all the positives it is filled with . The movie buff in you will be pleased for there are also DVDs available in English and other Local languages. I highly recommend you visit this place . Nice cozy place to get yourself lost amid classics. Kids will also enjoy ad theres an exclusive section for them towards the corner of the store with small chairs littered around. The store staff are really nice towards kids and encourage them to spend more time and read a few pages.

The store is well maintained with lot of books, magazines,toys and other stationery items.Books are arranged as catogories.So customers can easily find out the same. We can feel the smell of book and buy.Staffs are very cooperative and friendly. If we ask for any books, they will help to find out the same.Kids section is impressive.We can see a lot of stuffs in kid section. Thought it would have everything.....But nope......But its an amazing shop though....But the items available there are a bit expensive and that item can be bought cheaper else where but the items sold here are of high quality....
