The practical classes on basic PLC programming and SCADA is vry gud. But theory classes on other topics is just avg. And they dnt hav a gud placement cell.

Post graduate diploma in industrial automation.Teaching is average.No placements as offered.So many other institutes are available in ernakulam itself with same syllabus and low fee structure.All the classes are in the institute itself...No on site training...few students like lottery ticket winners will get that facility(best of luck with that). I completed the certification course from smec in 2016 dec and i have not yet offered any placement assistance. They offer 100% placement assistance at the time of joining... Truth is that their placement cell is incompetent of providing service for all the students but they keep advertising placement offer for every student.Think before joining...ask for total number of students joined and no of students who got placements.SOME OF THE REVIEWS ARE POSTED BY SMECLABS STAFF ITSELF........
