I had visited Philips service center in Edappally, to repair my LED TV. Their service was prompt and I am very satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend this center to all future requirements.

Recently visted to service my led 32 inch tv set staff behaviour was curtious . Got it fixed in a week time work fine.

Its very hard to find the Philips service centre.I went there to fix my Philips trimmer.I had given them my invoice with the defected product.I had to wait few months bcz of covid lockdown.Finally they had replaced it with a new trimmer which is better than the previous one.On visit, please dont forgot to carry your invoice.

This place accommodates decent service managers and would not disappoint us with the availability of parts. The negative part about the place is they don’t have a person sitting in the front office to greet and guide the customers . Which usually would mean waiting for someone to come out from the service area to help you. Secondly I didn’t get any bills for the work done making it highly untrustworthy. If you are looking to get your work done this is ok but don’t expect any kind of courtesies from the staffs there.

Quick and reliable service. Though cost is on the higher side, we will get genuine parts and accessories at the service centre. The staff are so friendly and polite. We need to take the ladder to reach the first floor of the building where the service centre has been set up.

Trimmer malfunction - Suggested replacement of macine. Myself insisted to repair, they did as I asked, but couldnt use it as the same issue retained on first attempt.

Convenient location, not very crowded. But no car parking space.Staff were okay. Service was very quick. Overall satisfied.

Good service centre and nice behaviour from staff.

Here the service is good but the timings arent that flexible. For example, it closes by around 6 pm and isnt working on Saturdays. The Office is located on first floor of a building which is isnt easily noticeable from NH. But once you enter the pocket road, you can easily locate the building.

Good in customer handling and service. But doesnt have a parking space. The road infront is too narrow and busy, so you cant park in the road too.If youre going there go by a two wheeler or take a bus.

Ive given my trimmer for repair. They had it for a month and then I got a reply from them saying.... We cannot repair it. I believe customers are not fools

This is the worst experience Ive ever had, cant even call it a service, took my DVD player kept long enough to cause disruptionnto my other jobs, and in the end they cant repair it. I would love to give it a negative star rating but Google is being kind to them.

Small place, Fast service for minor problems. Office needs facelift. Poor worn out look, funiture needs replacing. Need to climb steps.

They quick enough to do the repair for my ironbox which costed 2000 for 500. When i asked they changed only the thermostat, which to my knowledge was 30 odd rupee in the market! They do not issue a GST bill. So i kinda doubt they are charging extra from people. Phylips should really look into that.
