Had the best experience with them. Especially Mr Melwin. More than helpful with providing you what you want. You just have to tell him what you want and your budget.He finds you the best of all world. I have known him for more than 3 years and customer service is excellent,even after the one year free service period has provided me free technical visit and service when my Marantz amplifier had some software issues. They had spend considerable time to resolve my issue without charging a dime. One of my best experience. Mr Melvin and technician Sunil have enormous knowledge on sound engineering. Infact I learnt a lot before purchasing the stuff I want. I was asked to buy only things that suits me, my budget, my room and usage. It was not like all for everyone. Home audio customization is an art and they were ahead of it. Sometimes their attitude might be rough, oh;;;;come on it comes with knowledge. Rather than going in as customer, we should go as knowledge seeker, learn something about sound, analyse and then go for the deal with them. Price was also reasonable and most importantly service matters. Im in Chennai but could not find someone like them.

Very very poor customer friendly people.I went checking for a pioneer high end AVR and the guy is quoting price that is displayed in Pioneer India website which is the MRP of the product.Also they have the DONT CARE attitude.

I went to check yamaha AVR , but those guys show very negligent behavior , didnt show minimum manners to the customer. feel like they are arrogant. They do not even try to show there strength in this field. quite discouraging , they didnt show any of the equipment, didnt give any information. they were proclaiming that they are doing high end equipment only above one lakh. I am suggesting those who are trying buy these kind of high end audios please approach profx , Thomson electronics..etc.
