I called for a service to my JBL Xtreme. But The guy who is sitting there reply only i dont know. I know his problem is, that product is imported from UAE and not from his shop. But that doesnt means that he can avoid all questions related with that. He dont even know anything about JBL Xtreme battery. Then how you people are going to give good service for the products which is sold from your own shop?? Truly unprofessional.
