Enough collection of electronics items. But the owners behaviour is very upsetting and arrogant when I want to alter an item on very next day. I want to change into different model of trimmer he didnt allow. Instead he returning the cash against my wish. Moreover he was shouting, and insulting. What he thinks that this is the only one shop in this metro city. His shop may be old one. In every shop or any online shopping there is facility of minimum 7 to 14 days period to alter or return the item with dignity and decently. But here they dont guarantee. So be careful..

Good collection and good shop, the only factor which is disturbing and unbearable is the owners arrogance. Last day i went to ask for a battery for my BT Speaker, Cut and right he just said it cost nearly 2.5K (that too a substitute battery, not original). On further enquiry in other shops I found that it was under 1.5K.Another bitter experience was that i went to buy an audio splitter for my realme handset (which had no 3.5mm jack). The splitter was available but not suiting my set. Instead of returning the cash, and taking back the item, he started blaming my handset and went on trying his chargers saying that mine was a faulty one..(the experience which i wont forget)...Better think twice before entering this shop....my advice visiting when there is owner is absent...Once again i say, this shop has great collection, but the above mentioned is the main problem..

This is one of the best shops for any laptop servicing. The owner of this electronic shop is a very talented person. He is a person of great quality. He is the master of his art. I had to repair an Asus gaming laptop and if you go to a showroom the final bill would atleast be 20k. When I showed this to Mr. Xavier, who is the owner of the enterprise, he fixed everything perfectly and charged me only an affordable amount. I highly recommend to visit the shop whenever there is a problem. It is worth it in every way. I came from angamaly to this shop in ernakulam because all the other 15 shops I visited refused to take in my laptop because they were scared if there will be faults in future. Surprisingly , here they took in my laptop and fixed it within a matter of days back to perfect condition including the adaptor. It is an all in all service. I was looking for a wireless keyboard with mouse/trackpad on a single physical structure so that it can be placed on lap & easily control cursor as well. Looking from outside i was not hopeful, but was surprised to get logitech K400 plus here.Now an update:I wanted a considerable number of Lithium ion cells, asked them for various type numbers available there so that I can select the suitable one for my application as I dont expect datasheet from them, but I was told he cannot tell the type numbers and asked me for what price I am looking for. That sounded to be ignorance on their side w.r.t the importance of various types that are suitable for different applications (one cant select it simply by the mah rating or price)First experience there was really good, while the second really bad

Worst products...I bought a laptop charger, from here on last week..they told it was original and I had doubt about it, so I consulted with an authorized show room.They responded that it was pakka duplicate, also added that and if I use that charger, it will damage my laptop.Guys so dont buy any products from this duplicate shop....U replied that I bought this product from ur shop before 3 weeks..I bought it on last week and also u never checked it with any multimeter.I asked u to check but u told that its good and no need to check.I challenge u, if u have the vedio and audio recording u can share it. So that other customers can also understand about ur shop and the fraudness that u are doing in your shop.Try to sell good products,and dont try to fool the customers by selling the duplicate products.

Lot of products but quality you have to check. Sales persons are not very customer friendly little arrogant becuase now they have customers. It is normal for any Indian shop if it has customers then normally it changes its behaviour make arrogant, not like Europe or other developed coutries.

When I was in search for an outdated converter cable for my Mac book pro (DP to VGA), couldnt find anywhere but these guys easily pulled it out from their amazing stock , and of different brand options!!! 😳😳 How something which is rare can be found in so many varieties, under a single roof, while we were expecting atleast one in a dusty old pack 😄 in some dark corner of any shop....These guys have a very well updated collection 😍 i bet... Nicely lit place with street parking. If u are in two wheeler it would be fine...Still you can park one or two cars in the sideways no issues. Very friendly and committed staff make shopping a breeze here.. They have a solution for everything. Even if its not in stock, they will get it for u in no time...Im waiting for my USB 3.0 PC Switch (which is very very hard to find in India). But they assured me that it will be delivered by next week and now I know they will (that too the same brand i asked for) !!!👍You dont have to roam anywhere else in kochi for anything related to cables,connectors and electronic accessories. Been to this shop to purchase a cable , the sales man was busy with some office job, and when he attended me he couldnt find the cable i asked, which in normal case shop keeper returns with the answer not in stock, he actually spend at least 10 min and finds the cable, the cable costed only rs160 but it was a much longer in length, i asked if I can get a shorter one , to my surprise he again started searching for it, but couldnt get it.. he politely asked me to wait for some more time and goes out to the store or warehouse and comes back with cable i needed which cost only rs 80. What really touched me was his politeness and his attitude towards to adress the customer need.It was such a nice good experience . Had been to two other shops earlier for the reason but they didnt even bother to search , before saying no, they didnt have it.
