Worst experience ever! I had purchased a battery some time back, which was defective and was draining within 2 hours. Went back to them within 2 days but they were not willing to replace it even though it had 6 months of warranty, and were blaming my laptop for the battery drainage. Later, I bought a battery from another hp centre and it is working well, with the battery lasting for 8 hours and its been many months now and my laptop is still functioning well without any issues with the battery.

Nice place to shop for HP computers. Executives at the shop are very polite and helpful. If you have an idea about what you have to purchase, it will be easier. Nice collection of latest laptops of HP is available.

Bought a HP computer from here sales representatives Thashreef and Tony BUNCH OF REAL FRAUDS BEWARE. Got a defective system didnt gave us replacement giving lame excuses by changing parts in the first 14 days now the system is again showing issues which we are forced to depend on HP service center to get it solved. Spend a lot of money on this device but total waste.

Very bad experience with the staffs. I just went with my HP Omen laptop to replace the battery worth 8k and got complaint in a month just after the warranty period got over, staffs were like get a new one, they werent even ready to look at the laptop.

I would never recommend anyone to visit this store.It has been a very bad experience in here.hospitality 0/10product explanation 0/10I had pre ordered a laptop, and they asked me to come to the store(which was 44km away from my home) saying that the model is available. When I had finally arrived, they asked me to wait for another hour for them to get it from the warehouse. But before they get it from the warehouse, they asked me to make the complete payment before hand(1,00,000 INR). I mean, who does that?And the worst part being, they were not even sorry for saying it to me.

Very poor service and extreme delay in service Employees behave like kings and customer should listen to them like slaves.My suggestion is, if you need your laptop/desktop back urgently, please do not opt for this center for any service .They give a far off date for completion and do not communicate unless we ask them multiple times. If we ask them, reply remains the same - Wait for few more days, else you can take your laptop from here

The worst ever service center of HP I would say is HP, Oberon Mall Cochin. I had asked for a original HP Laptop battery model MO6 and he ordered the same with near by HP shop, since no stock available with him . In an hour or so i got the battery with one year warranty, while I tried to insert the battery the lock fitting was not even suit for Laptop and charged me Rs 3500 saying original HP battery it is. Checking with other shop I got to know it was just local battery which he had stickered in top of it showing as original HP battery. I am asking for replacement of new battery or money back from them, they had informed no way of giving return of money only battery which is not satisfying shall be replaced. By now I had done 2 replacement of battery with same shop both having issue and chasing this shop repeatedly for exact one suit to my lap. Please do not ever purchase any thing from this shop.

For buying a product it was fine, but for service or any other it was too bad in my experience , dont had a experienced staf there, and they damaged my laptop screws socket inside , bad behavior ,I went for there to upgrade my laptop Ram, they didnt allow me to view the upgrading process, they take my laptop to a private closed room and damaged my laptop screw sockets because of their lack of experience. Then the laptop was not worked for the first time because they didnt put the ram properly in the socket then the second try its worked. Worst service in my life.

This is an HP Reseller, and not a service center. However, you can get your HP laptops serviced here - provided you are not covered under warranty. Anyhow this is the closest and the most conveniently located and reliable service center for your HP products outside the city center.

I gave them my laptop for repairing as the power was turning on. They told me that the I/O chip is damaged and took 3500 rs for replacement, after that the laptop was not getting charged as the battery was not even getting detected. Then I again gave the laptop to them they somehow showed me that the laptop is getting charged and gave my laptop back, when i came home and turned on the laptop it showed that the battery is damaged and now within a month and half the laptop is not getting power on.

Very bad experience, bought a replacement battery for my laptop from HP world Oberon Mall and it became faulty within a month. Incompetent staff made me travel 150 kms for nothing. Spent more time and money, I could have bought a new laptop for this. Disappointed with the service HP is providing, please do not buy HP or at least do not visit this place, you have made the biggest Mistake if you have bought a HP product just a huge Rip off.

Very bad experience. I walked in and checked a HP omen laptop and couldnt buy it on the same day.The product was in sealed box.Today again I called and confirmed that I would come to buy the laptop. They said the product is available.But the product seal was open and the sales person TONY said the seal waso infront of me last time when I visited the place.did not expect such a bad experience from HP world.I will not recommend this place for anyone.

Ive been here for an hp 5075 printer. Salesmen knows the correct details for all the products.

Its more of a selling point than a service point. they can do only replacements, other board level services are done somewhere else. Better you go to bluechip for chip level service.

Not a great place to service HP laptops. Not an authorised HP service centre. They will return laptop without charging any cash if it’s not repairable. They said the chip was faulty and told it may or may not work after replacing the chip for 3000 rupees. In that case they have to change the motherboard of my laptop which will cost me another 10,000 rupees. All together I might have to shell out 13,000 rupees to get it repaired. The cost of my laptop was 40,000 rupees and so it was not economical. I sensed something was wrong and took my laptop back. I handed it over to one service Center near Pullepady and they replaced the chip for 1900 INR.

Hi,I had this horrible experience from the shop. I bought a HP laptop with below specification from the shop.Notebook Serial Number : 8CG7293DYNNotebook Model Number : HP Pav x360 Convert 14-ba073TX.I had to wait for 4 hours since the piece I was told which is ready to deliver was defective (at 2 PM I asked for the product and I got it by 5 PM and after installation I got the product by 6 PM) . My home is at Thrissur and I had to rush to reach home on time. However when i reached home and checked there was no HP touch pen in the package. I contacted Tony who delivered me the product. He informed me that they dont have it and when I called again he did not even bother to answer or return a call. I expect people to be more responsible and show some commitment towards customers.I had to move to Sweden on the very next day for my work. Hence, I did not had time to write about this incident.Hope things will change and people will be more responsible to do a complete package delivery. I strongly recommend people to have a complete check on items before you step out of this shop.Regards,Anoob
