Very good infrastructure. Dedicated doctors, smiling nurses. Homely ambience. First timers may find it a bit difficult to know the ways the hospital works, but once used to it then it is ok.

One of my cousin were admitted there. He went through hard times but recovers. But the porblem was room rent. For ac room per day they spend 3000/-. Can I please know the cheapest room rent availabe there ?

May I share my experience with a hospital anda doctor with a difference. One fine day my son became silent. A relative of mine referred me to the metro mind. It was more of a home than a hospital to us. The Dr. Thalhath is so friendly that the process of diagnosis was so smooth and friendly. He found that my son had nothing to do with psychiatric problems. He referred our case to an excellent Dr. Amith kumar in the neurology department in Lourde hospital, Ernakulam. That saved my sons life. Now my son is recovering fast and we are specially thankful to Dr. Thalhath and the metro mind for giving us right advice.

Sessions like Yoga, anger management, work therapy sessions etc bring the new dimensions in a substance dependent person. He learns to engage himself in different aspects of life which he had totally forgotten during addiction life. Truly impressed with the attention and the caring attitude of staff members.

Very bad experience

Mental health care is very important in our day to day life. A completely different perspective after attending a few counselling sessions even. The doctor here prescribes very less drugs

Doctor was good and able to share the thoughts with him. But the staff over here seems to be irresponsible and pathetic towards fulfilling their duty. I called at the hospital on the previous day to check the availability and they asked me to come by 10.00 am and I reached hospital by around 11 it seems and the staff where saying that doctor is not available and will be coming only in the afternoon. I waited there for more than two long hours. I took leave from my work and went to the hospital to meet the doctor and this was the experience.They could have informed me about the timing in the morning and avoided this situation but none of the staff did this and this was really so bad and horrible, irresponsibility at its peak.

Nice centre , all doctors are excellent. They have consultant neurologist as well as paediatrician along with psychiatrists. In patient facilities are available. Affordable hospital , recommended..

In our Kolkata this kind of doctor is not very humane. I myself am a victim of it. I heard that this treatment is very good in Kerala but I had no idea that good treatment can change my life. Lets see a doctor here and go home completely healthy.
