In difficult times like these, hospitals are the institutions that ought to maintain medical ethics and provide quality care to patients without emotionally abusing patients. Dr. Joys hospital on the contrary has no such ethics or morality and the greed for money that drives this institution. My friends wife was admitted to this hospital and the managing partner & anesthesiologist who is also the husband of Dr. Annie Joy abused (verbally) my friends wife after the delivery for the delay in payment, while my friend was already making arrangements for it. If this so called doctor, had an iota of humanity and sensibility towards human souls, he would never have abused her verbally in this critical situation. I would also like to emphasis that Dr. Annie Joy always acted professionally with utmost care towards her during this period. Seriously, Dr. Joys Hospital should be renamed to Dr. Joys Hospital For Money and Greed.

Huge Charges. No Nursing Staff

Very rude!! They do not know how to talk to a patient or any person nicely. Even when called to ask a question, the person was very rude and hung up the phone. Have zero patience!Imagine someone going there for any needs / treatment.

I visited Dr. Annie Joy for my first delivery on 2015. The doctor and staff are very nice. But the facilities like lab pharmacy canteen was average. But the support nurses and doctor give during delivery is unforgettable.I request the management please increase the facilities I am sure more people need your service. Because of lack of available facilities which force us to go for other options.I am very sad to switch to another hospital.

Hospital is well equipped with best infrastructure facilities. They are providing the epidural services for normal delivery. This is the painless normal delivery system. And cost effective. Three or four hospitals only providing this epidural services in kerala.

Very bad hospital. Not clean at all. I worked there one week. Nurses are doing the job of sweepers , receptionist, attender cook etc. No staff for washing the bed sheets. Washing also done by nurses. Really they treating the nurses as slaves. CCTV placed everywhere including the post operative icu. That is a gyneac hospital. Think how dare they are to place CCTV in a gyneac post op icu. They are dangerously violating the patients privacy. Very bad hospital I have ever worked. And Dr Joy.... Shame on you....

My children are born in joys hospital The nursing staff are very comparative are service minded .The doctors team include very senior gynecologist , Anaesthetist, physician and pediatrician and other on-call doctors . Surgical theatre ,labur room are well equipped. I was present with my wife during labour and child birth which was pleasant and unforgettable experience in my lifeI.I thank the doctors and nurses for their services.24999/

I have read the previous reviews but for me the service provided was very good. the dr. was very co-operative during all visits and hospitalization period. my wife was never asked to take any medicines unlike other hospitals in city which was the best part.

Good Experience. and they have affordable maternity package for Rs.9999 and its less than any other hospitals in the region.

My wife got admitted due to some breathing problem on her late 8th month of pregnancy period on 14 th Feb 2017 2:15 am. We got a room. Doctors and nurses provided very good service.But today(16 th Feb) I informed the duty nurse that our room was not cleaned since got admitted, she informed the cleaning staff. Then came the bad experience, she came inside our room without knocking and started abusing my wife. She asked my wife to appoint staff from our home to make the room clean and also used some bad words. And also tried to attack my wife with the broom. I went to complaint to the concern department. She also abused me and said that she cant clean the room. Later the management changed our room. She said we should say sorry to her if we want her to clean our room. Horrible experience faced from a hospital. But Im repeating the doctors and nurses are very good professionals.

This is not the correct image of the hospital, the hospital itself looks very old! Though the doctor is very good, the other services provided is pathetic and highly expensive compared to some of the hospitals in the city.

Very terrible and horrible experience.The rooms,waiting area,urinal near lab,are merely so ugly than a govt. hospital.Charges very high.In my experience repeated billing and correction when noticed. 31st october 2012 was my experience.My nurse daughter working with Apollo hospital Chennai,admitted for her 1st delivery in this hospital for surgery.When we entered the room after admission it found ugly and even cleaned or changed sheets, cleaned bath room closets after the previous patient is discharged.we came hospital after starting the pain,riding 50 km.,surgery is fixed for 7.00PM and admission at 5.30 PM.We requested for another room.But the gynecologist and owner of the hospital discharged my daughter in the fury of the complaint about the cleanliness.I only asked is this the room a patient to be taken after the surgery and thousands I am paying.THE SEEN I CANT THINK EVEN NOW MY DAUGHTER SHEDDING TEARS OF THE PAIN AND THE WHAT TO DO SITUATION.a lady who ever she may be, should not have done this abandoning, a lady at the brim of her delivery.Mother and daughter both Gynecologists ..... entha parayuka.... lokathu ethrayum ahangaram, ahambhavam niranja sthreekalilla, Afterwards I explained the situation to the owner DR. JOYS. Even he is a man he instructed to re admit and give another room.At that time there they had not even a sweeper saff. only a person from the contracting agency was doing all the cleaning work.After the surgery, as the lift is not working the patient is forced to walk 3 floors the same day.And at the end a doubled bill depending on other hospitals at Ernakulam.

Worst place. Doctor is good. but the Doctors husband who is there in the management is horrible. All Billing are incorrect. she is helpless in that situation.

Never ever go to this hospital.My mother was admitted in this hospital one month ago for the surgery.After one week urine was going out of control.she gave some tonic and kept quiet.it didnt get stopped.we went to another hospital .There they asked us to take CT scan.After getting scan reports we go to know that it was the mistake in the operation and they told that the patient requires another surgery to cure.
