We went to the Cochin Dental Clinic to fill the damage teeth of my daughter. The Doctor is very much friendly. They fix her teeth nicely. But the fees for filling the teeth is very high Rs. 1000/- per teeth. They changed Rs. 2000/- for filling 2 teeth.

Good place.Very clean ,very up-to-date on there dental equipments and safety products.You can call them for an appointment.They are very calm.They have multiple dentists.They have good music on the top floor.

Best dental clinic in Kochi.I am absolutely terrified of dentists and Dr George and Dr Jane have helped me with several procedures over the years. I have had 3 root canals & several fillings, routine check ups etc at the clinic.They are excellent dentists and give a lot of care and attention to their patients. Dr Jane was especially extremely accommodating of my fear and anxiousness during my first visit for root canal, which I’m really grateful for.They have also been very accommodating when I had to change my appointments for any personal reasons.Other than this, the clinic is very cleanly maintained and the staff are helpful. They also took all the safety precautions during COVID. It’s centrally located and they have parking.I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone.

I (Sanju) had an extraction of an infected tooth and fillings for other tooth alsoI was already in heavy pain, yet the doctor (george mathew) who filled the tooth did not consider the pain the patient was going throughDr was pressing the tooth so hard and filledWhen I was in pain , Dr told me that I was scared and to trust himSecondly , I had two tooth to be extracted , I was asked to choose which tooth I wanted to get extractedA patient goes to the Dr for a relief of the painThe Dr should be able to identify the problem and give a good advise to the patientAfter the extraction, I was sent home with the surturing done. I was suffering for four to five days with one of the stitch giving me a lot of painWhen I went to the clinic to see the Dr who extracted my tooth and to explain my problem of the extracted tooth area, I was sent to another Dr and I had to request that Dr to completely remove my stitch so that it gets healed naturallyIn this case , how can you trust the doctor and feel relieved on the seat? This incident of four to five days of pain scares me even nowI had been to doctor mathew philip ( head of the clinic) several times and I had no problems at all.Dr treated me very well and calmlyIn fact the patient should be given an atmosphere by the doctor to tell the problems and to coordinate efficientlyAnother point to state, the first day when I went to the clinic , I was sent to Dr Miriam. In fact, Dr told another staff to check my teeth and went awayI was waiting to see the Dr and ask the steps to be done , instead another staff Dr came and gave a paper and told me to do certain test and come backNext day , due to some medical checkups done for personal reasons , I was few minutes late to the clinic and Dr Miriam talked to me in a critized way of being lateWhen I was asked to see Dr george mathew another day, I was early before time to the clinic the day and still had to wait for around 45 minutes to get my turn. So does that make any critic to be said from my side?Patients go to see the doctor himself and to get a good advise for a reliefIf the patient is being pushed to other doctors and get treated, then why would the patient take all the pain to go to that particular doctor?Patients are patients only for the doctor but patients are humans too and need to be consideredTo be honest , doctor mathew philip is the best and It terrifies me now to go to that clinic after the hardships I went through

Cochin Dental Clinic one of the best dental clinic in Kochi.I have been one of the longest and oldest patients of Dr. George Mathew has been taking care of me since I was 12 years old. He was recommended to me by my father PP Muraleedharan. One of the best things I can tell about Dr. George is he never hides or tell lies like another dentist to make more money or show a bad attitude like butchers. The best proof I can let you know is I visited multiple dentists in Bangalore none of them discussed the removal of a molar tooth. It was Dr. George and Dr. Madhura who found out and informed me about this issue which can lead to another root canal. This is where he is different from another dentist. He can make more money by hiding these facts. But this is where he stood apart and won the trust. This is one of the reasons why getting an appointment with Dr. George you need to wait for weeks. Dr. Miliya has taken good care when it comes to a root canal. Even my father had a huge fight with George Doctors brother in law but always had a friendly relationship with George sir and his father. 3 things I will be indebted to him are shaping my tooth along with my brother Arun from the worst stage to the best stage. Fixing the 2-year root canal pain with the best quality service and material and being honest about molar tooth removal (this is something I will never forget. Those people who think this is a decorative word or paid review, I bet you visit another dentist and then visit Dr. George then you will come to know what I wrote is true or not. Thanks Dr for your wonderful service for overall the years.

Very poor service. Too much delay. Expensive to the core. We can definitely pay for a perfect service but this not like that. Not polite to customers. We take leave/time off from our Job and reach there on time. Then they make us wait for hours. Can you imagine a doctor putting the patient on the procedure chair waiting and talking over the phone and arguing with someone for nearly half an hour.I seriously do not recommend this place. When you grow up to a very established firm you have a very strong responsibility to uphold your quality. But they think they are too good that people out of no way goes to them. No, Cochin Dental Clinic. My fiance recommended the place to me as he was happy with your clinic’s services. Thus I came there and consulted. Once I took an early get off from my office (pay loss) and reached your clinic 5 mins before my appointment. I had to wait for another 10-15 mins for my turnm to see the doctor. Then I got in and the senior doctor asked me what my procedure is. I showed my card and he started asking how can this procedure be done now as its too late. I said doctor my apponyment was at this particular time and reached well early. He then called out for the staff and literally shouted at them asking “how can you give appoinements like this? Don’t you know I have to leave “. I got shocked seeing all this drama and said “ That’s Ok doctor , I will come on an other day”. He said “ its the problem of my staff , they are too irresponsible. I will do little today and next time you come early and I will do it perfectly for you.” Then he did few procedures and I left. Then I came again another day for my next appointment. That day I got in on time but inside I simply laid on the procedure chair for another 20 mins looking at the light as the doctor was on call with someone and was having a very tough talk with them.I had to listen to teh entire conversation. 20mins later he consulted me, did my procedures and I left. I have more procedures left. But Im not planning to return to your clinic. These 2 incidents happened couple of months back. But why I reported today is because, yesterday my Fiance’s father came there and had another bad experience of waiting for hours. At last when inquired your staff said that technician is on leave. Then why did they make us wait for such a long while ??. I ingoned what I had experienced because I was able to tolerate it. But when our parents are hurt we children will never tolerate. Thus I gave this rating and review today. You must ask your staff to behave politely because we are there at your clinic with pain. So be polite to a suffering person. Next , if your staff makes a mistake , correct them in private. Do not shout at them especilly in fron of your clients. A good employer should not be doing that. These my concerns. Hope you can understand. Now these were mine and my close one’s experience. That doesnt mean your clinic is bad. There may be 1000s who likes your service. But if atleast one client is dissatisfied that tarnishes the reputation. Hope you will take corrective measures. Thank you.

Two months ago, I had 2 root canal treatments and 3 crowns done at the Cochin Dental Clinic, and I cannot speak more highly about the excellent standard service I received. I am from New Zealand and traveled especially to Cochin for the dental treatment. The clinic readily accommodated my tight schedule and the specialist dental treatment I received from Dr Jane George and Dr George Mathew was very thorough and professional, and performed to the highest of standards. My grandfather started consulting Dr. Mathew since​ the 70s. From then onwards our whole family has been visiting the institution and we are we are extremely satisfied with the treatment provided by the doctors. Lately, the way front the desk treats the patients has not been cordial. Once I pointed it out and when I came for my next appointment, the lady was purposefully ignoring me. Such behavior is unbecoming from an institution of this stature.

This is my first visit to the clinic and my first experience. I chose to go here as many of my friends gave me good feedback about the clinic. I had visited the clinic for my lower wisdom tooth which was impacted. The Dr took an x-ray and told me it has to be extracted through a surgery. I m very thankful to Dr. George Mathew for explaining everything to me and making me go through the procedure without much anxiety, pain and fear. Thank you so much doctor. I really mean it because I was trembling in fear, just before the surgery. You promised me you wont let me feel the pain.. And, thank you doctor. Im recovering slowly . But, one thing I was disappointed was the behavior of the front desk ladies. In every manner, they were so unprofessional, uncordial.... giggling when I told them my surname. Such small things matter a lot to me and I think, to all patients, there are so many elderly people also visiting. We Pay so much for your services so we do expect kindness and softness in the tone of speaking... I felt, their unpolished language doesnt seem to match the good standards of the well known clinic.
