My wife underwent a procedure which involved teeth fillings and it was carried out by Dr Varghese’s juniors and they utterly messed her teeth up. They initially chipped her tooth during a procedure followed up by a half hearted filling job that has left her only difficulties.I understand the need for juniors to learn, but a supervision would have been ideal considering the amount he charges in the first place.Also, a call to inform Dr Varghese about the same later had him cut the call. Guess criticism is not in his stride.Unprofessionalism personified.

I started going to Dr.Joseph in 2009 for my dental braces.I was happy with the results. Few days back I did my wisdom teeth removal which was done by Dr. Augustin ,it went fine minus the pain after the painkillers wore off. The doctor also shared his number so we can contact him in case the pain gets worse.Which was useful cause my teeth started hurting after three hours. The clinic is spacious .There is no waiting time prior appointment taken. Can also call and ask for rates for the dental procedure, unlike other clinics.

Our close relative, a Doctor, recommended me about Dr. Joseph Varghese. Dr. prescribed to wear braces for 2 years and we strictly followed the instructions. One of the biggest fraud places in Kochi. I have gone there for 6 months or more, they do not accept card or cheque payment because like a typical malu establishment, they want only cash payment because they donot want to pay tax what they have charged you. Their card machine is always out of order. Their charges are very high and though there is no patient, they still make you wait.

I have availed prosthodontic service recently at this clinic. I would expect doctors at a contemporary clinic to be more open and friendly with the patient rather than conveying a condescending attitude. It would be nice if they consider themselves as service providers and treat the patients as customers. Maybe, our medical and dental colleges are yet to give them such an orientation.Apart from this, the place is very clean, and theres ample parking space. The reception is well managed.

Went there for my 8 year old son to take care of misaligned teeth and grinding at night. Dr Varghese was excellent - was very thoughtful to ask us to wait until school closed, explained well what he was going to do and did it with great skill. Very happy with the results and will go there again without hesitation. I also like the fact that the doctors office works well - clean, reasonable charges, sends you appointment reminders and if you are show up on time, you wait very little. I consulted Dr. Joseph Varghese after a recommendation from a close relative to align my teeth and fix gaps. He attached braces to my teeth and I had religiously gone for my monthly appointments during the year 2015.Firstly, the overall vibe of the clinic was calm and well-organized. Going to the dentist was not a scary affair maybe due to the soft music or the glass paintings on the ceilings. The clinic is never over-crowded since Dr. Joseph is punctual about timings and he has a well reputed clientele. I was enthusiastic to visit the doctor every month, in part, due to his TIME Magazines subscriptions, which I used to pore over before they called me in.Well the outward appearance is not enough to qualify the place; the quality of Dr. Joseph Vargheses practice is unparalleled. I have met quite a few dentists, but his interactions with his patients and good demeanor is what brought me back to him. After more than a year, my braces are off and I have a neat row of pearly whites ready to smile! I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family.
