The implantation was just a greatly comforting experience. I came down for a consultation on my already balding head and I was thoroughly taken up with the way DHI dealt with this. Total proffesionalism by the Doctor and staff. She took me through the whole process in detail and then I was explained the prices and detailing of payment. I found it a little expensive but I was totally confident about the way they handled it. Even the DHI Surgeons kept checking for the slightest signs of pain. Im starting to see the results now and I just want to say an immense thank you to the DHI Team. Kudos to you all !

I was really amazed by the services provided by DHI. The process was very smooth and clear. Also the team working their is pretty much experienced whom you can trust with your problems.

The worst place uh can ever go for an hair transplant. Will give uh big promises but just name. Don’t understand y they did this to me so frustrated asked hell lot of money for nothing. Am really disappointed and recommend none of you guys to do it from here. For me it was better before than after hair transplant. Strongly recommend not to do it from here.

As a customer I am shocked to hear your response,how can a big company can say that they didnt know kochin clinic was running this brand in the name of dhi. You cant simply wash your hands out saying that you have no involvement in this case.The transplant was performed by your dhi staff Dr Sunil Kumar and assistant bibin???or can you confirm who was that doctor who performed??as per my knowledge its totally doctors fault or negligence that transplant went wrong. We people invest our hard earned money seeing this brand and is this the way you people react.I would suggest people not to trust this brand anymore until this matter is solved.

Dear DhiI had undergone my first hair transplant surgery at kochin office in the year 2017.i had made a payment of₹2 lakh for 3200 graft ,I was told result will be seen after one year but to my disappointment the result was poor, I had visited the office again asking about the same and the dr suggested to do hair transplant again and the result was guaranteed.i payed another₹1.5 lacs for 3000 graft and the result was not good as expected.This was not expected from a brand like Dhi. I will never recommend this product to anyone.Being dissatisfied with the outcome I need a solution for this or otherwise I will have to find another way.

I would recommend not to do it from here personally as a doctor myself..I fell for the branding initially and did not look into or meet people as such who has done it from here..I paid 1.7 lakh after bargaining from 2lakh and they supposedly did a 3000 fue transplant for my frontal baldness alone..there was no follow up or care post transplant..I went with queries over a period of time and they asked me to just wait ..I did and took all measures told to me by them ..my peers (among who many are doctors itself) have got their transplant done in Mumbai and Delhi around the same 3000 follicle transplant had really successful results and thicker hair which looks natural .its been over a year and I still have the same bald patch in my frontal region with thin hair and faint hair line..I also met 1of my patients who did the same from this centre and had extremely disappointed results..I am too disappointed with my transplant and would urge you people to kindly meet others who have done transplant with good results and take opinion ...there are other good centres in Kerala which apparently have good results ..I would suggest Delhi Mumbai and also Pune for really good results
