Worst hospital outside it is mentioned pediatric also when I visited they took fees and all , after meeting doctor she says to consult some other hospital as my child was hyper they dont have required equipments. This Receptionist is od have told I. The beginning 300 rs is hard earned money of ours.

Ahalia Foundation, happend to visit the eye clinic for my childs eye check up. I came to know about this eye clinic hospital from a friend from work. My son who is already using Eyewear was having trouble with some vision. Came to this place and the staff and doctor were quite helpful in understanding the situation and helped explaining the treatment procedure. The doctor also took time to explain how to take care of eyes especially for kids.My son felt comfortable in their safe hands. Consultation fee are reasonable. They are open on all days and even on some public holidays they are open. They have a in house pharmacy and eywear shop. Our overall experience were good and recommended.

I went to with my mother to get her eyes checked and the doctor (Dr. Raji Nair) prescribed a ₹800 tablet course for 30days, without explanation. Suprised, I asked what it was at the pharmacy, and was told it was to help the eye muscles relax. Later, I verified that it was infact just multivitamins! Outrageous! A simple visit there cost us ₹1200+ (₹200 consultation + ₹50 eye pressure + ₹890 in unwanted generic medicines). I am going there tomorrow to get a refund!

I went to Ahalia on 16th April for determining the exact power for ordering spectacles. They did some eye dilation and gave the power details on 17th. I gave it to Lenscart for fixing my lens on the new frame. When i received the spectacles i could hardly see any thing at a distance. I went back to Ahalya and they went for a recheck. Shockingly to my surprise the power they gave me after 12 days was totally different from what they gave me on 17th. Now i have to scrap the previous lens where i spent 4k. It is shear negligence of the staff for which i had to suffer and Ahalya seems to be washing off hands. I need to approach consumer court for getting justice. Any chance avoid Ahalya as you are “ playing with your precious eyes”. Regards Anil

From a personal experience doctors and other medical staffs are good but the supporting staffs ie one one who order specs or lens is too bad . Once I order a lens from their side with full amount and they promised they will deliver with in one month but after 45 days there was no response so I call and chek them as per them they got the lens and waited for me . So I went their but then they are replaying that they didnt get it yet ie they promised me 30 days and I didnt get any info so I call them as per them it was their but once I went their for it they dont have the lens and they cannot give an explanation for it again they were asking for 45 days more for the lens that means they were not orders it just took the money without doing anything and they refused to return the money too after a big fight i got it back . For specs they are charging double the amount and we must take the lens from their side itself

Dont go to this eye hospital in Trivandrum ...they will inform that your eye pressure is high and you need laser treatment or other costly tests like field vision test.To confirm I went to other eye hospital the same day and got the pressure tested and it was normal.I also got my mother tested and they again informed her pressure is high and is she having any problems because of this.Her eyes were perfectly normal again confirmed by other eye hospital.
