He is a good doctor, medicine may not effect to everyone still recommends

Very bad customer service from the reception and the pharmacy and billing people. My sister had severe itching due to which we went to Sony Varkeys clinic. We visited 2 times both timeWe understood they do not have too much patients it’s just that they want the ppl to wait until they accumulate certain number of patients then only the receptionist will start registration. 1hr minimum waiting before consultation. Doctor rooms will be empty no one will be going in and out of doctors room. After that pharmacy is a chaos... they will as u card or cash once we say it la card they ll arrange all the meds. We need to cancel one medicine their starts the drama they said it’s not possible to reverse the entry once it’s entered in the system. They insisted to us to pay cash if we need to cancel the bill.I said we ll get the meds from outside we do not wana purchase if they can’t cancel that meds. They won’t give the prescription in your hand. 2 young ladies one is a pharmacist she was really rude to us.. Anyways they charge high but they serve u pennu and as if we are at their service.... very bad clinic doctors might be good but we decided we won’t go back to them and we ll inform those who know us not to go to Sony varkeys clinic ...

After so many research i found this is one of the best skin clinic in kochi and doctor sonny varkey is best in town. So i called them to book an appointment with dr. Sonny varkey they said no need to book an appointment and they said come directly before 7.30 am. I visited clinic very next day at 6.40am there were so many people waiting outside and i waited there till clinic opens. they opened at 7.40am arround 1 hour i waited and when my turn comes i said i want to consult dr. Sonny varkey unfortunately they said appointment is full only first 10 person can consult doctor you cant consult doctor today. I was shocked then i asked why dont you said this yesterday when i called they dont even give me proper response and they asked me to consult other available doctor i was very disappointed with that. They are returning their patients by nothing they dont even allow for booking next day they will say come tomorrow before 7.30 and wait outside do same process(This is happened on tuesday 29th june 2021)Please forgive me if there is any spelling mistakes i am very frustrated while writing this review

We visited this place exactly a week ago with some terrible skin conditions. We were deeply disturbed and worried and it was spreading the entire body, including face. Within a week of medication, we are completely back to normal.. Doctor Sonny Varkey is that someone with a divine touch. With his rich experience and wisdom he can cure any condition, thats what I felt from my experience. The patient should listen to him, continue the medication as instructed, do the follow up visits and stick to dietary restrictions if suggested. The other doctors too are working in alignment with main doctor, as I observed. Getting an appointment with Dr Sonny is a tough job, we have to wait months, but its totally worth it. Thank you so much Doctor. The respect towards you is beyond limits.

My daughter had a bad attack of ezxima and so) took her to the clinic. We were assigned to a junior doctor who prescribed the medication after taking the lapproval from the senior doctor by sharing the pictures of my daughters hands.The sad thing is that after the long wait and the enormous bill, the treatment did not work at all.. There was absolutely no improvement to her skin condition after completing the prescribed course. In short I really regret going to the clinic and wanted to share my experience with all.

Eventhough you have wait quite a long period to get an appointment of Dr. Sonny Varkey, treatment is really effective.

For me he turned out to be a messenger of God more than a doctor. Hes a brilliant dermatologist. Not everyone can heal like him. There is some magic in him.

I had tried everything from Ayurveda to laser treatment when i finally decided to consult Dr. Sonny varkey. Lovely doctor and with 3 months my pimples almost vanished and in 6 months there was no trace. And mind you i was just prescribed one pill. I had follow ups and Im still attending them once in two months. But now my face is healed completely and this was a huge change from my severe acne.The clinic is a bit crowded and you will have to wait a bit.For appointments better call before a month for sonny varkey doctor. Junior doctors are just as good. But i would recommend Sonny doctor for first consultation.

Poor service by receptionist not provide information how much time will take doctor to check patients. I wait 30 minutes and not a single patient check by doctor dont know where he was busy . I ask twice to reception but no information given by her. She said just wait. Dear I am paying 500 bucks not for waiting. If patients have to wait 1 hour unnecessary so visit govt. Hospital why visit a Pvt. Consultant.When finally I get frustrated I ask them to cancel appointment she just through money on counter rudely. Ok you are a good doctor but a patient paying your fees you should humble and quick at your cabin dont gossips inside cabin and patients waiting.Over busy showing by the clinic I suggest if have extra time and money then visit otherwise go to another clinic. If Google have less then 1 🌟 I would prefer that .

My experience was not too good as expected.the lady doctor not even carefully listen my words.caring towards patient is pathetic.culsultatuon fee is much more higher than any other hospital in kochi.they charged RS 500

I had gone with a case of atopic dermatitis. I had been in consultation with the doctor for over 2 and half months and sadly though i have strictly adhered to his prescription and have adhered to what was advised, i have not been able to find much change with my condition. In fact even after taking the medicine it was also spreading to other areas as well. I had went with high hopes to see him(took the pains to come at 4am in the morning to book the early morning appointment), quite disheartened and dissapointed. Might be a one-off case, just sharing my experience.The 2 stars are for the service and mentality of the staff. Quite pleased with it, but sadly to no avail.

I went to this clinic for the first time, with a previously addressed skin conditon. The doctor that I saw didnt seem to be interested in what I had to say about my infection. I was given a wrong diagnosis and my infection has spread due to the wrong medicines.

Pathetic Service.I called up to the clinic to take an appointment,the receptionist left the conversation in between and put me on hold on for almost 10 minutes.Later hung up the call.Very rude and insensitive behaviour.

Getting an appointment for Dr Sony is difficult. You need to book atleast a month early to get it. But if you are in a hurry, there is option to take one of 20 appointments they give everyday. The tokens are distributed 7.30 in the morning and its normal that there will be a long queue. To be infont, reach the clinic early as 5 or 5.30 and wait. Again its luck that makes you one in first 20, since there are many people who are willing to suffer for the good. And to my experience its worth getting an appointment.And these hardships are only for Dr. Sony. He have 2 assistant doctors and its easy to get an appointment for them. They claim the procedures are common for all of them.

Main doctor is experienced and good. Only 20 tokens to meet the main doctor a day. Need to be there atleast by 6 to get the token.

Good service 👌dr sonny varkey a pleasant guy, he ask as much as question to understand our symptoms and what he prescribe for it is the best.Only problem is 20 tokens is provide and in order to get u have to stand in queue early morning (5 am) but worth it.

Dr Sony Varkys clinic. 2 juniour doctors also there. Its very difficult to get an appoinment with Dr Sony Varky. Only 25 tokens are available in each days. You can see a long que at 2 AM. after 4 AM the chance to get token is very less. At 7 am clinic will open and Dr. Sony varky will start consultation at 8 AM. For Juniour doctors there is no need of appoinments.

Best Dr. Sonny varkey,I had a serious skin problems like acne and scars over my face. I consulted doctors before 6 months. Now I got a pimple free clear skin like a magic. Its unbelievable like all the scars and pimples removed like a laser process.

To have consultation of Dr. Sonny varkey for the same day, one need to take a token.when I reached at 4.45 am there were 4 people ahead of me. The clinic door opens at 7.30 am and my token number was 5. In a day the clinic issues only 15 tokens. By 5.15 am there were 15 people in the que.Doctor starts seeing patients from 8 am.

The well experienced doctor is the main asset of this skin clinic.

Yesterday the call was made to call yesterday morning. Call me from the nine oclock in the morning and did not get it. This is a response from the last number. This is a call home.An hour later she was called in the clinic and asked me to reach my clinic at 11:30 am as I was after a bit of sack. When asked for prescription in the reception asked to wait. After that I saw my previous prescription in the reception again, after seeing many patients looking directly into the doctors room. She was asked to wait again. When I went to a different staff reception that I was waiting for some time, she called me and told me that she would call a doctor after a certain one. Because of the staff in your non-responsible premises, I came back without seeing my doctor. Here is a good way to describe my experience. Expect your reply
