I had a problem with small skin tags which are part of the aging process. I consulted Dr. Sanjay Cherian in 2007 and he advised thermal cautery of these tags. The process took about an hour and he ycauterized about 20 of these tags with a small implement like a soldering iron. He took care to use a local anesthetic cream so it was not painfull. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Sanjay Cherian (of Radiant Skin Clinic in Warriam Road, Opp. Ambady Panthiyil Towers, close to MG Road, Kochin) for my itching problem, below my knee close to the ankle.
