Staff at Escaso are excellent. I had taken only diet modifications. I personally feel this is the best diet and I Cud reduce 4 kgs in a months time. I went to Escaso after seeing an ad in one of the magazine . I didn’t knew anyone personally who had been there before who tried them ,but still I chose to give it a try . So called them and went there ,and when I heard I can get back to my healthy weight by just watching what I eat , I thought ,”wow, that sounds good ,why not try it”. And now post 4 months , I don’t regret taking that decision - I have lost 5kgs during these months and the best thing is that , I learned what is in the food I am taking and how much is it good for not just me , but the entire family . HiI had put an online enquiry and immediately I received a call from Thrissur Escaso. But as I am from Ernakulam thr representative gave me Ernakulam Escaso Number and i contacted them. It was a very disappointing reponse from representatives of Ernakulam Escaso. They told me they will give a consultation time after checking and they never reverted back. After two days I called them up again and representative told me he will check for the timing and give a call back but never got a call. A very disappointing response from Ernakulam Escaso.

Expensive but good attitude by staffs and worth of money.
