Everyone, from the reception staff to the dentists was extremely pleasant, professional and courteous and really made me feel at ease.I had an initial checkup and cleaning done and through the process I realized that I needed a couple of procedures. Dr.Alsha took the time to explain each issue that I had and explained the treatment plan. All costing were discussed upfront with a treatment price chart. Besides being a professional Dentist, he was so friendly and sensitive to my fears and concerns. I got my wisdom tooth removed before several months & it costed me around 3000 as it was a minor surgery......I was satisfied with the staff behaviour but Im very sorry to say that the male dental surgeon was not at all bothered about the fear in me as It was my first time.We know that this job is a part of his daily routine but for me its was the first time...He was very quick as he had a teeth extraction at kakkanad the same day.....I felt the difference in doctors attitude when i got my half broken premolar removed at another dental clinic......The way the recent doctor treated me was very keen in making me comfortable.....Please take care to make patients comfortable during the process.....

I was tried some home remedies which were not alleviated my pain. After one month of torment, came to know about Dr Riyas Dental Care, Thoppumpady through Google Search. Firstly, Dr Alsha was prescribed me some medicines through whatsapp due to inevitable situation of COVID-19 lockdown. After one month of post lockdown, I went to the clinic and they suggested me to extract ibid tooth as it already damaged and no hope for its existence. So I agreed to remove the same.The same day I had an appointment of Dr Basil and he were extracted two of my damaged wisdom teeth together professionally also carefully without any chance of further issues. His commendable treatment and right prescriptions helped to terminate my extreme torment of toothache. I am reviewing this after one month of my experience. I didn’t experience any kind of inconvenience or further pain till date. Yesterday afternoon need for paedodontist arises for my 6 years lad.I googled for the same and find many dentists near me. After reading reviews, visited Dr Weslys dental care first (because it was the nearest one from my home). Place was very neat and clean and looking like a hotel, very pleasant place. Dr saw the child (without using any medical instrument and lights) and said two teeth need to be removed. Dr. was very polite but child was little scared and started crying so decided to visit another day and after paying the visiting fees left from there.Thereafter I convinced my child to visit another Dr., so visited Dr. Riyas Orthodontic... There too place was very neat and clean. Lady Dr. saw the child (using lights and medical instruments) and said need to remove only one teeth. She was very caring, polite and keep talking with the child so that he can feel at home.One thing I like most is that she hide the injection from child (not sure if other Dr.s too practice the same, I saw it first time) so that he wouldnt be scared.If, you ask me, wether you should visit, then my answer will be emphatic YES.ThanksRegards

Hands down the best dental services at Dr riyas dental clinic. I suffered from repetitive pain in my bottom right teeth. The doctor (Dr. Alsha shahul) checked and suggested a thorough cleaning with two fillings. She was very polite and sure that I understood the procedure and its timeline.the treatment was smooth.
