You have to wait long 120 minutes if u visit the clinic without booking. booking is there u can see the doctor in just two hours hahaha.No value for patients time. feel very very bad

One of the best dental clinics in Tripunithura..Mostly so crowded so better to take appointments early.Still will have to wait.They does all dental related treatments,cleaning and tooth whitening.They have a neat & beautiful interior and hygienic treatment is provided.They have 2 main doctors and junior doctors too.The fees is also average.There is a very small pharmacy that provides basic dental medicines.They are also good in ortho braces.They have a limited parking space.

The clinic is ok, but they are unprofessional, even if you take prior appointment you will wait atleast a couple of hours before you could meet the doctor. My suggestion is not to take your kids or elderly parents there. I had bitter experience in both the cases. The waiting took so long that my kid eventually slept off and i had to abandon the consultation, similarly when i took my mother the appointment number was 4 and we reached the clinic at 9:00 a.m and we left home by 2:30 p.m, god knows who all are going inside in between amidst we holding the 4th number token 🤪🤪. The hitech facility gets spoiled by the unprofessional staff there. If you have a day to spare and you are alone then probably you could try the place 😀😀.

I admit this is a pretty good facility with great doctors, but the waiting time is so not worth it. We can book appointments here, upto a week early, and say you booked it on a Monday, a week from today, on 11:00 am. Even if you get there at 11, youll have to sit on those uncomfortable waiting chairs for at least two hours, to even start hoping that your turn would arrive soon. This happened to me today and has happened the two other times I have come here earlier. If you have to wait two hours Everytime, what is the use of the whole booking the time issue? Anyways they call you on a first come first serve basis. So are the people who booked for the slot a week early fools? Just an enquiry.
